We’re honored to host you this week in Gatlinburg and can’t wait for you to soak in the beauty, peace, and joy that the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer. For more than 53 years, Mountain Laurel Chalets has been creating memorable mountain getaways, and it’s our privilege to extend that same tradition of hospitality to you.

Our hope is that your time here will be both restful and inspiring—an opportunity to breathe deeply, connect with your co-workers, and pursue fresh vision and unity as a team. If there’s anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know. We’re here to serve you.

Excited about the bears?

Our local black bears are bold—and very interested in one thing: food!

These clever creatures can open car doors and won’t hesitate to try if they smell something tempting inside. To avoid an unwelcome encounter, always keep your vehicle locked, even during quick trips to load or unload.

And remember: never feed the bears, no matter how convincing those big eyes may seem. By keeping your distance, you’re helping protect both the bears and your belongings.

Trust us—you’ll be glad you did!
