Booking and Cancellation Policies
If you run into a problem during your stay, please call and let us know how we can address the issue. In the event that a major repair is needed, we will need to relocate you to another property. Be assured, this will be the great exception and most certainly not the norm as we regularly inspect all of our homes in order to avoid last-minute surprises.

STANDARD RESERVATIONS
-There are no check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day as our office is closed. You must provide a credit card to secure this reservation request. At the time of booking you are required to pay the administrative fee along with a 50% deposit; the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Each reservation is subject to a non-refundable administrative fee which varies depending on the size of the house.
-If you do not want to use your credit card online, you must call the office to make the reservation. Rates are subject to change without notice. Confirmed reservation rates will be honored.
PAYMENTS
-Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. If you do not wish to use the same credit card you made your reservation with you must contact us. Otherwise the credit card you provided will be charged automatically. We accept MONEY ORDERS, PERSONAL CHECKS, VISA, Discover, MasterCard, or AMERICAN EXPRESS. No personal check accepted less than 45 days prior to arrival. Returned checks are automatically forwarded to a collection agency with an additional $39.00 fee added for collection.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS (WITHOUT PEACE OF MIND PLAN)
1–4 bedrooms: 30 days before check-in
5–8 bedrooms: 6 weeks before check-in
12 bedrooms: 12 weeks before check-in
If you cancel with proper notice, you'll receive either a 90% refund (minus the administrative fee) or a 100% credit toward a future reservation — your choice.
If you cancel inside the notice window, your deposit is forfeited and no refund is issued.
Date or property changes: Your first change is free (with proper notice). Each additional change is $50. No changes are allowed once you're inside your cancellation window.
CANCELLATIONS WITH PEACE OF MIND PLAN (optional — must be purchased at booking for 10% of rent + admin fee)
This plan extends your cancellation flexibility:
1–4 bedrooms: cancel up to 15 days before check-in for a full refund (minus plan cost)
5+ bedrooms: cancel up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund (minus plan cost)
If you cancel inside those windows, no refund is issued — but you may reschedule your stay at the same property within one year. All payments (minus the original plan cost) transfer to your new reservation. You may purchase the plan once more for a rebooking; any funds unused after one year are forfeited.
No blackout dates apply. The plan cost is non-refundable.
RESTRICTIONS
-We allow no weddings, wedding receptions, Graduation Parties, Group parties, House parties. All
reservations must be made by someone at least 21 years of age who is staying in the chalet.
