We will definitely recommend Mountain Laurel Chalet to all of friends! We had such a blast. The kitchen was perfect for our large family to store and cook all meals! We loved that all bedrooms had king beds and their own bathroom! The views were postcard-worthy!

We loved this beautiful chalet! It was the perfect place for our large church group to gather for a week. The views are BEAUTIFUL and incomparable. Watching the sunrise come up over the mountains with a cup of coffee was my favorite part of the day! Each bedroom looks out over the great smoky mountains! We also loved that each room had its own bathroom. It made having a large group in one home so much easier and more luxurious! The house is well stocked with everything you would need and so spacious. We loved the private culdesac that really helped us feel like we had stepped away from the outside world to a private retreat. The owner took such good care of us and resolved a maintenance issue super quick.

All around wonderful trip. 5 couples and we stayed in the Lodge. It was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The amenities were great and we really enjoyed the fire pit at the end of each day. Memories made with a lot of laughter. We will be talking about this trip for years to come. The best cabin we have ever stayed in. Spacious, beautiful, and away from the chaos of downtown. Waking up in the morning to have coffee and read on the porch daily was such a joy. You WILL see bears up close and personal as they frequent the backyard daily at dawn and dusk which was such a treat! 10/10 stars. Would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I had another enjoyable and relaxing vacation in Gatlinburg. This was our first time staying in the chalet called The Lodge. It's floor plan was well laid out and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for fixing meals and I was very happy about the Ninja coffee maker for my coffee pods. Access to this home is extremely easy for anyone concerned about traveling up the mountain. Parking is great as well! I do plan on reserving this home again in the future.

We had the best experience renting through Mountain Laurel Chalets!! We stayed at The Lodge and the setup great with bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The huge porch was the best way to start and end the day staring at the mountains. We had 12 (5 kids) and the space was nice but kid friendly as they had kids plates/cups, games, and access to pools. The story behind the founding of the company is still seen today with great hospitality. Recommend them for anyone as they have a range of house sizes available close to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Great Smokey National Park, and Dollywood.

"This trip was a Small Group couples retreat. We could not have stayed any place better. We all fell in love with The Lodge. It’s beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. Our guys cooked breakfast for the group and I think used every appliance in the kitchen. And I cannot forget to mention that view! Just breathtaking! You won’t find a better one anywhere. My siblings/spouses had a great time staying in The Lodge again this April. It’s a perfect house for groups. However there were a few items that were not completely up to par. We did call guest services because our pool cues were missing their tops/broken and 4 new ones were brought out to the house promptly, thank you. The toaster didn’t function properly (the levers didn’t glide up and down) and the kitchen fuse blew several times when we used the microwave. And, installing hand towel rings/bars close to the bathroom sinks would be a nice touch, especially in the half-bath by the front door so towels don’t have a lay on the counter or potentially fall on the floor. Overall, nice house and attentive guest services.

For a large group (we had 13 including 1 very active toddler) We had ample sleeping and spreading out space. House was beyond our expectations. Trips to Gatlinburg for food and shopping, hiking, The Peddler to celebrate my moms 90th birthday. Many went hiking we found time to fit in Dollywood and Mommy and baby girl went to Dixie Stampede. The views from the deck was like a postcard. Had 2 big bears walk within 10 feet of me while I was standing on the porch. The house was spotless and well decorated. Kitchen supplies were amazing. Toaster was a bit slow and missing a foot but toast was not on top of the list. Seating in the deck was more than enough for our group and the older kids (17-48) loved the pool table. The hot tub was used nightly although we had to chase down the lid when high winds blew it off during the night as well as a few deck pillows��. We had a total of 5 cars and could have parked a few more. Bottom line,The Lodge was the perfect home For our family. And Pam and the rest of the staff at Mountain Laurel are top notch!

Checkin and checkout were so easy! The home has the best view in the smokies. Even after driving to some of the lookouts, our view from the house was better! Saw multiple bears there at the cabin. Clean and perfect for our group of 14.

Did have ti make a run to the store for toilet paper. There was not enough left there on site. Other than that it had everything we needed!!

Lovely house, great for a big family trip. We came here after our wedding to spend a few days with family who flew in from other countries. The house and view is beautiful. On our first day, driving to the house, we drove past a black bear rummaging through trash next to a house under construction right down the road from The Lodge. We were safe in our car so it was a great experience, and taught us to be extra careful during our stay.

The house is spacious and very clean. The view from nearly every room in the house was incredible. My only two issues with the house are small and fairly inconsequential:
1. There were absolutely no amenities. In a house rental like this, especially with a kitchen with plenty of cookware, we expected some basic items like coffee. There wasn’t even salt and pepper. We bought food to cook but needed to make a second trip to the grocery store for basics that are usually stocked in such rentals, like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, shampoo, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc.
2. There isn’t a welcome binder/instructions. We got an email with instructions to the management office, where we then got directions to the rental property and check in/out info, but usually there’s some sort of instructional binder in the house. This would have come in handy when we needed to know where to put our trash bags during our stay. Instead I was on a call for a half hour with the management office trying to get this answer, which ended up being incorrect information.

Other than this, our stay was so wonderful. Mountain Laurel Chalets wrote us a special note welcoming us after our wedding, and everyone there is so friendly and kind. We would definitely stay there again!

This was our first Christmas vacation and we had a blast. We spent Christmas in this beautiful chalet. It comfortably fit our family of 11, with space to spread out. There is even a bunk room for kids! The kitchen is well equipped, the decor was beautiful and the views are breathtaking no matter which room you choose. We even saw a bear during our stay. Everything about this chalet was perfect and the staff at Mountain Laurel were all friendly and accommodating. This chalet is very close to downtown Gatlinburg as well. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to book it again.

The Lodge is perfection! We have rented with Mountain Laurel for well over ten years, and b/c of availability, originally rented with another company for the first time this year because we booked late. What a mistake. We ran into problem after problem...after problem. We got fortunate, and last minute were able to rent The Lodge for our family of 10, who have been coming to the mountains for years. The customer service and all chalets we have rented have been flawless. This continues with our rental of The Lodge. The view is amazing, the amenities are great, and we all had plenty of room for our 10 and our extended family of 6 who joined us on Thanksgiving Day. We enjoyed the hot tub, the kids loved the yard and we loved the peace of them playing without worry of them being too close to the mountain edge, and the firepit is great. As an added bonus, even with kids getting up early, they stayed upstairs and the people downstairs in the basement could sleep peacefully - this has been harder to find in other cabins. The Lodge is rustic yet modern....a perfect mix that embodies relaxation. Mountain Laurel, thank you for saving this all too important annual extended family vacation! We have already rented for next year...I won't wait to book again!

This Cabin was the best rental yet. The Cabin was clean, well stocked , very well upkept and beautifully decorated. The location and view was wonderful. We will definitely rent this Cabin again.
