The chalet had everything we needed and was very clean. We love staying on Ski Mountain where you are in nature and out of traffic but short drive down to Gatlinburg. We saw many bears from the safety of our chalet and the nice deck with no stairs down to the ground. Beds & pillows were very comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. Nice to have the two dens and there is a view of Mt. Le Conte. definitely stay there again! We received a nice goody bag upon departure from the Mgmt. Co. who we have rented from numerous times over the years!

You make such a great point about the location on Ski Mountain -- being nestled in nature away from the traffic while still being just a short drive down to Gatlinburg really is the best of both worlds and we are so glad that continues to be a highlight for you! Watching bears from the safety of the deck with that beautiful view of Mt. Le Conte as your backdrop sounds like an absolutely perfect Smoky Mountain experience and we are so glad the layout of the deck made that feel safe and enjoyable! It means so much to hear that you have been renting with us for so many years and we hope that goody bag was a small token of just how much we appreciate your continued loyalty. We love to vacation with Mountain Laurel Chalets. We have been booking our vacation rentals since 1990. Never disappointed and Ten Bears was perfect for our getaway!! Thank you MLC staff for making our Christmas gift to the kids spectacular!!

Place was nice, clean, good location. Had a great stay. I would say for any travelers that like it cooler, the air only goes down to 67 and no additional fans. There are also hairdryers, despite the site saying otherwise. Would recommend.
