Welcome to Susie’s Cottage, a newly renovated two-bedroom vacation rental in Gatlinburg, TN. Nestled on a quiet street convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Susie’s Cottage offers thoughtful upgrades, inviting amenities (private pool, anyone?), and all the comforts of home.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a charming exterior with flat parking. The front porch—accessible by six steps—features a covered sitting area complete with classic rocking chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening conversation.

Step inside to find a bright, welcoming entryway leading into open-concept living space. The living room showcases cozy furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, and a crackling gas fireplace. Just beyond is a dining area that comfortably seats six—great for shared meals or a little friendly game-night competition. The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful stone countertops, brand-new appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals in comfort. Please remember to bring perishable items, such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, and coffee filters for the standard drip coffee maker.

Around the corner, two king bedrooms offer stylish design, plush bedding, and luxury mattresses for restful nights. Each includes access to its own private bathroom, complete with spa-inspired showers and modern finishes.

At the opposite end of the home, a few steps lead down to a cheerful bonus room with a second lounging area, a large-screen TV, and a pool table. Built-in bunk beds make this space perfect for families or groups.

Outside, guests can unwind beside the seasonal pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy s'mores around the fire pit. Fire up the gas grill for an evening cookout beneath the stars. Comfortable seating invites you to linger and enjoy the peaceful mountain air.

We loved the private peaceful location of this house. When we walked in we felt right at home and very welcome. It was beautifully decorated in good taste. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was a great place to get away and relax along with having fun in the pool + hot tub. I would definitely recommend this place!

Chalet was absolutely beautiful!

Chalet was absolutely beautiful! The house was modern and completely updated throughout. The layout of the house was awesome with a place for everyone. My kids LOVED the pool table and arcade game. The hot tub was our nightly routine after a long day of sight-seeing.

BOOK THIS HOUSE! Nestled in the quiet arts community outside of Gatlinburg, this house is a perfect mix of proximity to downtown activities and the beauty of the Smokey Mountains. We visited in late March with our two kids and were blown away with the property. The house is brand new with lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, a well-appointed kitchen (we cooked most of our meals at the house), and the game room (pool and board games). Best of all is the gorgeous back deck with a view of the mountains, heated pool, and hot tub! We had planned on doing more activities in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge but found that we just wanted to spend more time at the house so stayed in for relaxing afternoons at the pool and evenings grilling dinner and having s’mores over the firepit. Two notes: * There is a very vigilant alarm system for the pool - both on the doors to the deck and the pool itself. This was a bit annoying for us but would have been a great relief if I had been visiting with smaller kids

Perfect Multigenerational Getaway in a Newly Updated Property

As the first guests to stay in this newly renovated property, our multigenerational family trip was ideal. The pool table, hot tub, fireplace, and kitchen were the highlights of our stay. They decorated each room for the holidays, which was a pleasant surprise. We informed them of a few issues at our departure, which I am sure they will address. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and we will book again.

We are booking for the next calendar year and the pool will be open in May or sooner as soon as weather permits but not later than Memorial Day weekend.
