This place was nice, its pretty high up the mtn and there are some tricky roads. The view from the deck was nice and the hot tub worked great. The beds were comfortable. The fireplace worked great. My only suggestion would be to remodel the shower(s). We end up using the one up in the loft because the hardware was falling off the shower on the main floor and it was slow draining. Otherwise, a nice place. Thanks MLC

We arrived in thick fog. The drive was interesting to say. The chalet is spacious. Its and older home but furniture in living room updated. Showers could be larger but get a huge jacuzzi tub in each bedroom. Stove is old but honestly works better than the new modern one we have at home. Just make sure you actually time your foods in the oven. Now....the major con but not a deal breaker if only a couple. The bedroom with the king bed and wood frame. You will not get any sleep at all in that bed. The non stop squeaking from every single move is nerve wracking. The owners should spend a little money on that issue. Because as a cabin slated to sleep 5 the terrible bed would not make for a good family cabin. Over all i will want to stay again as a couple but would not bring a family.

Great Mountain View. Very clean!!
Hot tub very clean and enjoyable, although quite noisy!! Might need to be replaced if found to be unable to repair and quiet down!!

We have stayed many times and Laurel Mountain is by far our favorite company to rent from. The cabins are plentiful, always clean and as advertised, the staff friendly and cooperative. This stay was their highest altitude place with a view over everything. 2 master suites, deck, hot tub, pool table, huge tv.

The chalet has everything you need to enjoy your stay. This chalet is very high up in the mountains and is worth the drive up! We stayed with some friends and they had the suite with the queen bed, we had the king bed. We found the beds to be very comfortable. There were MANY bear right outside at least twice a day in our drive and around the front deck. The first night we were there is was raining and the next morning there were paw prints on our truck doors. We were there the week of Labor Day. I will agree with some previous comments about the stove and hot tub. The stove burners 3 of them, didn’t fit properly so they really didn’t work well. The hot tub sloped to one side and was clearly not level. I would definitely suggest doing your grocery shopping before you head up again, the drive up and down is quite high, steep hills and a lot of turns. There is a small grocery store that has all the basics you could need about halfway up to the chalet. They also do pizza and will delivery to you. This came in real handy the first night after a 9 hour drive to the smokies. The view is beautiful, with a beautiful sunrise view. We would definitely recommend this chalet. It could use some updating but it is still a very welcoming comfortable chalet.

With the many reviews mentioning the need for major updates and TLC, we were a little concerned we may have made a mistake. But, upon arrival, all concerns were gone. Beautiful view, open concept, nice bedrooms and baths. Now, to address some issues. You don't have granite countertops or SS appliances. The fixtures in kitchen and baths are older but they work just fine. The dining room table could seat at least six, but one chair is a little wobbly. The beds were comfortable, we slept great. But beds are a personal choice. We liked them. But you are not paying for all those "new" amenities. You are getting a place that will or should satisfy most renters. The TV situation is different. We had to have the cable co. come out and restart the TVs and we could get all channels in the main bedroom and we could only get Netflix on the others. It worked for us. The TV situation is not unusual in the mountains it seems as we have had issues with other rentals in the past. The drive - If you are a first time mountain visitor, you will be challenged. It is steep, narrow but we found passable, and you will have blind drops. We'd recommend using your manual transmission option if you have in 2nd and 3rd gears mostly. The driveway is steep but steep in a downward manner. You have room to turn around but it is tight and narrow. If you are a veteran mountain renter, you will do fine after the first trip up. The fun part is there is a neighborhood bear it seems and you may see him. We saw him twice, once as we came up over the hill to turn in our driveway he was waiting there to greet us and another as he ventured down our driveway, down around the chalet and settled on the corner of the chalet and took a nap. That was awesome! We also saw another one on our way up the last night there. Overall you should enjoy your trip. The place is not perfect but very livable. Maintenance is fast and responsive. MLC people were great. Could it use some TLC? Yes but what it does need won't affect you. Go and enjoy. It is worth it!

My third attempt to get our review published but will try again. We enjoyed our stay at this chalet. I don't know if the stove worked as we didn't use it. We don't go on vacation to cook. The other appliances that we used ( dishwaher, frig, coffeemaker, microwave) all worked just fine. Bed was comfy and my wife is picky. TV situation is different. Had to have cable come and reset it but after that it was fine. The drive - Oh yes, it something. If you take the directions given to you it is the shortest and easiest route. Not without it's moments tho. Not for the faint of heart at some points. Driveway is steep downward. Room for 2 cars but still snug. Chalet is roomy and nice. You aren't paying for granite countertops and fancy amenities. You have a really nice view even if mountains are a ways away but still a nice view. There are some things the owners should pay attention to but they won't interfere with your stay. In re: to the drive up. After you have been there a couple days I'm sure you will miss your turn to go back down and you'll follow another way out. It happened to us more than once. That alternate route out can be your alternate route back up and I don't think it is quite as steep as you original directions. After all the negative "Needs TLC/Updates" comments we were a little skeptical about renting this but in the end we were very satisfied with our stay. We even had the local bear go to sleep at the base of the chalet one night. Really cool! Go and enjoy. But remember the term "you are in the mountains" definitely pertains to this place.

The drive up was terrifying but the view was beautiful. We saw 3 bears while we were there. The only problems we had with the chalet was the tvs didn't work. We couldn't even watch streaming because the internet was slow. The house needs major updates. The pool table was missing some balls. Other than that we enjoyed it.

Let's start that the chalet was always COLD. The thermostat had a note saying to leave it on emergency heat, the heat pump not working. The hot tub was really dirty, with tree bark and small limbs. The stove burners did not fit the stove openings. The refrigerator shelves broken. the kitchen cabinet very poorly painted. The road to the chalet is extremely steep and narrow. It has a nice view from the very top of the mountain and quiet. The size of the rooms are big and plenty of room. It would be nice if there was cable guide to know the TV channels.

This property has amazing views, but I suggest avoiding food before driving up the mountain to get there. The chalet had a perfect layout, with essentially two master suites. However, the mattress on the king bed is not comfortable and the bed squeaks if you even breath, so I did not get a restful night of sleep during the whole trip. The chalet is in need of some general updating, as the discoloration in the bathroom makes the property feel dirty and the living area needs fresh paint, it appears their was a ceiling leak at some point. Since we were visiting at Christmas, it would have been nice to have Christmas decorations, but instead there was a pumpkin on the mantle, less important detail but something to consider in the future. The staff at MLC is great and I refuse to stay anywhere else when we visit.

We stayed at Ski Run View the first week of November, which is the latest we have ever come to Gatlinburg. As it turns out we hit the fall foliage perfectly. Just like many times in the past our stay with Mountain Laurel Chalets was all we could have hoped for. The staff was friendly and helpful which also helped our stay go very smoothly.

Had a wonderful time enjoying the Smoky Mountains and the Gatlinburg area. This was probably our 5th stay with one of the Mountain Laurel properties over the last 10 years. We have always enjoyed their locations, and the office hospitality. The views from this Chalet are incredible, but the home itself, needs some owner attention. Kitchen appliances are worn. 8 chairs on the deck, only 4 had cushions, and they were all torn up. We went to store jackets and a couple of things in the entrance closet, only to find it crammed with scrap pieces of wood and a coffee table. It was unusable. The hot tub is out of balance and water has cascaded over a corner - rotting out the frame. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room, were all very comfortable. We did enjoy seeing several bears on the way up the mountain to the cabin. And we always enjoy Cades Cove and the beautiful scenery. We will return to Mountain Laurel Chalets, albeit not this particular location.

VIEW..VIEW..VIEW. one of the best views we've had coming to Smokies. Housekeeping always does an excellent job. House could use a few upgrades but not deal breakers...understand owners have to make those decisions. Otherwise Mtn Laurel is a very good rental company to use. We did have a couple bear visits which was fun.

First of all, I have been using Mt. Laurel Chalets for many year. The view of the chalet is beautiful you are high up in the mountains with steep roads. Definitely wouldn’t stay here in the winter. We arrived late evening, it was 83 degrees in the house. The thermostat wasn’t on... batteries had been removed. We used some out of a remote but then the air conditioning unit wouldn’t come on. My husband had to fix it. The cleanliness of the chalet wasn’t the greatest the couch had potato chips all over it. In one of the cup holders was someone’s dental flosser. There were checkers and potato chips swept under the rug. I almost tripped because of the heaping pile under the rug. A piece that had been taped to the dishwasher had fallen off. The layout of the chalet was nice. The kitchen was nicely stocked.

Crystal, we are sorry about the AC that was out when you arrived. We are glad that your husband called the emergency after hours number and we assessed that the drain pan had flooded and turned off the system. Once he emptied the drain pan, the AC was back up and running. Whew. Now the crackers and dental flosser in the cup holder of the couch is a total miss and we will definetly report that to house keeping as well as the crumbs under the rug! That should not happen and we are so sorry. The dishwasher corner piece is being addressed as well. Thank you for your repeat business and I hope next time we see you, we can exceed your expecations as that is our desire with every booking.

Love, Love, Love!!! We brought our in-laws with us so we all could have some R&R. We absolutely fell in love with this place! Gorgeous views. Has all amenities that’s needed too. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware. The couches were extremely comfortable as well. Very clean and tidy with a minor exception- huge cobweb/spider in the top corner of the vaulted ceiling. Otherwise, we could not have had a better get away. We will definitely be coming back again.

The home was beautifully situated on the mountain. The views at night of the mountain in the morning were great. The hot tub right there was also amazing we made great use of the wood and made fire daily. Those couches honest we’re the best.
There are few items that could definitely be updated in the kitchen like the dishwasher and danny above stove. But to be honest these house was great and the check in and out process was easy.

If you are looking for a relaxing chalet with amazing views, hot tubs, jacuzzi, comfy couches and lots of space this is the chalet for you. Honestly would love to come back.

Now the only con is that the chalet is really up the mountain and I would be lying if every time I had to leave the chalet Or drive back to the chalet I wasn’t nervous. The drive up that mountain isn’t for the faint of heart. Even the driveway is so steep. There are so many times while driving the road is so small and no guard rails and two cars needing to pass. It was definitely scary.

The house offers many great features such as the stone fireplace, 2 person whirlpools in each bath, large deck and, of course, the reclining couches! If you are not used to driving the mountain roads, being up that high can be a little intimidating, but it does get easier and is all part of the mountain experience. This place was awesome !! We booked this for the view...and yes...the drive to it can be challenging as well as the driveway. I highly recommend a smaller vehicle. The sofa/recliner have been updated and were perfect. I had no problem with the water pressure in either of the bathrooms. I used both of the tubs and they were adequate as well. Now if you are visiting to have gourmet meals in your kitchen you may be disappointed, but the refrigerator. stove , ect was clean and functioning. Were they 5 star appliances...nope. The pool table upstairs was nice. The carpet on the steps had some stains...but nothing that I couldn"t overlook. We have rented from this company before and they have always been courteous and this trip was no exception. They had firewood delivered to me within a hour. For the price...you will not beat this...I have tried. This cabin is the highest on the mountain with a priceless view. About forgot...the beds slept just fine..no complaints there.

This was most certainly the highest we have ever been up on the mountain but the view was worth the drive! We even saw 2 bears on our way up to the cabin. The hot tub was great and the water Temps got good and hot! The view of the city lights at night from the deck was GREAT! We always book with Mountain Laurel Chalets and will continue too.

Thanks for the review and the suggestions. We will pass those along to the homeowner. The City of Gatlinburg has an ordinance against charcoal grills on the deck and with the high bear traffic in that area, we cannot keep a grill in the driveway, so there is not one. This is disclosed on the website, so we hope you were not inconvenienced.

The house was beautiful but if you have a large vehicle it is not easy getting to it. We had to turn around on the way up and back up the drive. There was no way to turn around with a full size truck once you got in the driveway. Otherwise it was a great house. Also, the view was wonderful.

Our cabin was perfect. It was bigger then we expected so we had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and lots of closet space. The view was stunning. A little far up to the cabin but it was worth it for the view and extra space.

Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing... had a wonderful time throughout our stay. The cabin was very nice and we felt right at home with our surroundings. Although I wasn't aware of how high the cabin was when I booked it; I did get a little nervous traveling up and down the mountain, so I will make sure next time I stay I will call to confirm the height of where the cabin is located on the mountain. My husband loved driving up and down the mountain, it just made me a little nervous one the one lane road traveling up and down the mountain... next time I'll call before I book a cabin so far up the hill...lol

OH HOW WONDERFUL! Nothing but peace and quiet. A place to relax. This is our 5th or 6th time in Ski Run View since early 2000 and it is enjoyable every time. Towards the end of the Autumn season when the leaves have night, you can see the lights of downtown Gatlinburg while relaxing in the Hot Tub. But this time (Labor Day weekend) the trees were still green and have grown a bit so the view was blocked but it was still an enjoyable chalet. A nice spot for a couples retreat. Bedrooms on either side (king/queen) private baths. We enjoyed the pool table upstairs with a day bed and full bath. Plenty of games in the cabinet under the T.V. in the living room. We had a "grill night"" on the charcoal grill at the driveway. One small concern...the water pressure was low. Outside of that the property was clean and well maintained...hot tub was sooooo relaxing after a full day of adventures in downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The staff is AWESOME. They provide great service. They always have. I have already recommended this chalet to family and friends and they've come and enjoyed it as well. I would like to add...the driveway is steep but that should be expected in the mountains :-) Ya'll enjoy now...ya hear :-)"

Very clean chalet. Had low water pressure in upstairs bathroom, but otherwise no problems. Since our stay was short and there were other bathrooms, we just used the other showers.. Front office staff was very helpful. View from porch was mostly of trees that were very close. View from the indoor upstairs loft was of the mountains and very nice.

This weekend was one we spent with our son,daughter-in-law and grandson. The cabin is beautiful, has the best view and the kitchen is equipped with anything you could possibly need.Becsuse of all these qualities this one is our favorite.
I would recommended Mountain Laurel Chalets to anyone that wants a positive experience.

Very nice chalet. We stayed in 4 of them with Mountain Laurel Chalets and this one in my opinion has to be the best. However, the only thing that is not so good about it is the drive up the mountain to it and the not so wide downslope driveway. You may have a difficult time trying to turn your car around if you have a bigger vehicle. But, what do you expect? You're in the mountains. It was a little overwhelming at first but after a few drives back and forth it got a little easier. Anyways, the chalet was awesome! Had a nice view from our deck and a very nice view from the balcony. Two very nice bedrooms and the jet jacuzzi tubs were so relaxing after a long walk and swim. I recommend this one highly for anyone who wants to get away to a nice secluded area. Thank you Mountain Laurel Chalets for this nice home away from home. I'm going to miss it!

This place meant and exceeded my expectations it was neat and clean and the kids and I enjoyed the hot tub and playing games of pool it was also nice having jacuzzi tubs in both bedrooms. We have stayed here before and it is always very clean,has a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable furnishings. The view is amazing and we were fortunate enough that it snowed while we were up there! That made the stay even better!
In my opinion Mountain Laurel Chalets is the place to stay. You won't be disappointed!

The layout of the chalet and views were amazing at Ski Run View. There were some cleanliness and electrical issues noted. It was not the cleanest place we have stayed in when we've visited Gatlinburg chalets. Something made the TV, internet, lights and fan in the living room go off one night. Lamps in the living room did not have bulbs. Also, I should have paid attention to the things I was to bring, so it is my fault; however, I have never stayed in a place of this cost/standard that did not provide a hair dryer. We had to go into town and purchase a hair dryer before I could shower. Not really a difficult thing to provide in the bathroom and would certainly be appreciated by guests who are flying and have to minimize packing. Again, my fault for not paying attention, but just as nice to provide guests as kitchen essentials. We would stay at Ski Run View again and give it another chance.

I say this because we are looking to invest in a house in the coming 18-24 months and with the replacements of the homes destroyed in the 2016 fire I think some updates may be help out.

We arrived after midnight, but had no problem picking up the key from the box at the office. There was easy access from the parking area to the chalet. Everything was just as pictured and described: beautiful, very clean and well-equipped. It was a terrific setting for our girls weekend, bright and airy and spacious. Management was immediately responsive when we had a problem with a TV. We saw one bear near the trash cans as we arrived back one night after a day in town. Unfortunately, previous guests had not been as careful as they should have been to get all the trash into the can. We just waited in the car until he ambled away. We also saw a mama bear with two cubs that had turned over an unsecured trash can partway down the mountain. Garbage kills bears! There were all kinds of board games in the cabinet under the living room TV. Beds were very comfortable. In spite of the twisty road (we managed it in daylight and dark), we all agreed that the trip up was well worth the prize at the top. Plans are already afoot for a return trip!

Loved this place! High above the trees, lots of wildlife sitings, kitchen well-equipped and an overall peaceful and relaxing place. The drive up/down was quite tricky so only traveled it during daylight hours. Truly enjoy Mt. Laurel Chalets yet next time we'll be staying closer to downtown. Really miss our previous cabin Ariel Boundaries.

We had a really pleasant stay in the Ski Run view Cabin for a quiet weekend. Me and brother's family had a fun time enjoying the Cabin and the view. The only hiccup was no gas barbecue available on premises, they were kind enough to send the charcoal one but we didn't had the necessary means to grill. Still appreciate for their prompt service and help.

We have stayed at Ski Run View several times and have never been disappointed with our stays. From the time we check in till we check out, staff we have dealt with have always made us feel welcomed. Although you are met with steep driveway to park, serenity and scenery make it worth the effort! We did not see any bears this trip but the hint of autumn and changing of colors was breathtaking.

We would return to this chalet without any hesitation.

This is a very nice home. Could use a some updates, carpet had holess and stains, king bed wasnt the most comfortable, stove was touchy, had to adjusted the coils to make connection. The view isn't what is shown in the pictures, there are a couple large trees that block the view of the mountain. It would be a perfect view if those trees were trimmed. I wouldn't recommend in the winter or if you are afraid of heights, it's way up there but very peaceful. Overall the house is nice, just could use some TLC to update things.

We had a great time here. There was plenty of room for our small family. It's a short drive up the mountain. The cabin is located at what seems like the top of the mountain with partial views of the valley below.

The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots/pans. Everything was clean and in good condition. There is a small market halfway up the mountain where you can buy things you forgot to bring; laundry detergent, etc.

It was our first trip to G'Burg, but when we return, we'll definitely consider this cabin again.

Overall we had a good time staying in this cabin. The cabin did show some wear, but overall was in good condition. The roads up to this cabin are a little steep and hard to navigate.

We reall enjoyed our stay at Ski Run View. The chalet was clean and very nice. The chalet is above Ober Gatlinburg and you can see the ski slopes. The view was amazing. The drive up was not bad at all. Yes it is way up there but that is what is so amazing about staying in a chalet. We were there with snow on the ground and we never had any problems getting up or down the mountain. Mountain Laurel Chalets is a great place to rent from. We will use them again.

This chalet is a wonderful retreat. The view is breathtaking. You can actually hear the Ober tram and see the cable below you. Three flat screen televisions, two bedroom suites, each have jacuzzi tubs. Upstairs loft has pool table and a full bath. Nice hot tub overlooking the mountains. There is no barbecue but that would certainly not be a deal breaker. The only setback, if I had to mention something, is steep driveway. Suggestion is to back down driveway especially if you have a rear camera on your vehicle. Would definitely book this chalet when I return.

We stayed in Ski View Run for 3 nights and had a great experience overall. The house was clean but it is a rental so it's not perfect. The bathrooms were clean but really need to be re-caulked. If you're a bit of a clean freak like me, that might bother you a bit. Otherwise, the bathrooms were nice. Shower stalls are SUPER tiny.... would not be appropriate for larger guests. We didn't use the kitchen at all but it was clean and seemed to have everything you'd need if you wanted to cook.
The DRIVE!!! This rental is as far up the mountain as you can get. The road signs are extremely hard to find at night. We arrived after dark on our first night and it was quite literally a terrifying experience. It had been raining and was very foggy. The map and printed directions were very hard to follow in the dark because the signs are turned at weird angles and one sign is missing. My advice: make sure you get there before dark on your first night so you can get your bearings. Driving in blinding fog on a steep mountain in the dark isn't a fun way to start your vacation...... And we've stayed on that mountain multiple times.
The management company was great! When we arrived, there was trash all over the driveway. The renters before us had apparently left trash bags outside of the trash container and bears got into it. We let them know the next morning and it was cleaned up right away! Linen drop off was easy and the folks were very friendly.
Overall, it's a very spacious, modern looking cabin that we'd rent again. We'd definitely use Mountain Laurel again!

My wife was scared every time we climbed up to the cabin. It would be great if you add to the list of cabin's features, the road situation (steep, dangerous, adventurous, etc.)

We really have no complaints about our stay at Ski Run View. The property was just as described and the pictures accurate on the website. The chalet was clean upon arrival - would suggest a good carpet cleaning- but not complaining and understand it is pet friendly and the amount of people coming and going. It was nice, quiet, and secluded - much better than a crowded hotel room. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The property is close to all the attractions of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, hiking trails, waterfalls, the National Park, and Cherokee NC. The only downside is it so far up the mountain on narrow and curvy roads, which we expected being in the mountains. The next time we will probably find a chalet that isn't such a drive UP, although the view from there was spectacular. It's just not practical if you have to make multiple trips up and down - but again not complaining it is just our personal preference. I would definitely recommend renting from mountain laurel chalets to friends and relatives. If we are in the area in the future we will be staying with mountain laurel chalets again.

This was our 3rd time with Mountain Laurel. There were a few issues, the biggest issues being with the hot tub. When we arrived, it was cold and took several hours to heat up. On our third day, it had overheated and needed repairing. The maintenance person came twice and treated it for having suds in it, but had to call in someone who specialized in hot tubs. I suspect the chemicals weren't correct because the day we checked out, the hot tub smelled funny. We ended up having an entire 24 hours out of only a 3 night stay without a hot tub. There was also a broken stone in the entrance coming in from the deck that someone had to have noticed before we arrived. The bed in the Queen bedroom is worn out and sloped so much in the middle that we spent three nights falling into the dip or fighting to stay uphill. The unit is way up the mountain. The drive is quite scary, but still nice. Made me very happy to have a 4-wheel drive.

My husband and I rented this property for a weekend getaway. While the cabin was clean, the furniture left a lot to be desired. Both sofas, many of the dining room chairs and at least one of the nightstands were broken. When we called to report it upon arrival, we were told that they were aware and needed approval from the owner to replace them. We loved that there was a store/pizzeria that delivered as the mountain roads leading to the cabin were a little treacherous (saved us from having to make extra trips up and down). We also liked that they had cards and a couple movies available. The management company was very nice and professional. While I don't believe we would rent this cabin again, overall it was a pleasant experience.

have stayed at mountain laurel chalets many times. As usual, our cabin was lean, office staff helpful. However, we did have a concern. Upon calling the office for instructions for Wi-fi access, we we told to connect to another local wi-fi that appeared on our computer as being accessible. Although we followed those instructions, it very much concerned us about the security of this action. If we have free wi-fi then we should have access to a secured site.

We had a wonderful time at this house. A little tricky to get to, but well worth the 3 mile trek up the mountain. The house was very neat and clean. The kitchen was overly, well stocked with stuff. 3 flat screen TV's were great. Only downside was there was not 1 working clock in the house. They have to spring for some batteries. I would definitely recommend this house.

The cabin was very clean and beautiful ! The view was great from second floor and would be great in winter from both floors . Tub in the bedroom to your left as you walk in cabin does not hold water , but the other does and the hot tub was good but the temp setting does not work . so overall there are some things that need updating . This cabin has more of a Mountain Cottage feel than a cabin . I noticed almost everyone had something to say about the driveway , mine would be to fix the cement slab that is broken for better parking !!

I can only say good things about the chalet itself. I stayed there twice within two months, once with family and again with friends, three days each visit. Everyone had only nice things to say about the chalet. Its beautiful, clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The downside, 's a bit tight. The picture is a little misleading. We wound up parking one car in the driveway and leaving the other at the driveway entrance (it's at the top of a very steep, downward slope). I must mention, but keep in mind this has nothing to do with the chalet itself, the 3+ mile drive from the reservation building is all up hill and has to be driven in first gear most of the way. Make sure your car is up to the challenge and you have good breaks for the ride back down.

We were a little leery at first of renting this chalet due to other reviews which talked about the steep roads and drive. However, we are veterans of navigating the Ski Mountain roads and didn't have any issues with the drive or location. We found the chalet to be very nice with a great view from the hot tub on the deck and from the second floor game room. We would definitely stay there again.

Customer service was very good. Even though we had some minor glitches with hot tub not working, they were very courteous enough to give some discount. The cabin was well maintained and clean nice comfortable size beds.
