We enjoyed our stay! This house was very nice and the best decorated of the houses we have stayed in, in this area. We love this location because it is so close to everything! The hot water heater went out on us day 2 of our stay. I called the after hours number and someone answered right away and sent someone out. They contacted me in a little over an hour to tell me the hot water heater needed to be replaced but it was too late in the evening to get one. Bur they could come in the morning when it was convenient for us. They came in the next morning and were out in no time. I highly recommend staying with this company they are very responsive and quick. Great House Great Location! Thanks again for letting us stay and we WILL be back!!

We loved our stay! The cabin was perfect and clean. Our fireplace quit working why we were there and I messaged them and they had someone come out that day to fix it. Great response time !

The perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. The house was spotless! Linens were soft and comfy. They left on lights throughout for my late night arrival. Parking under the house is plentiful. Will rent again without any hesitation.

We’ve used mountain laurel chalets over the last twenty years and have loved every cabin / house/ chalet we’ve stayed in. Everything is always clean, organized and easy to use. We stayed in rippling waters in pigeon forge this summer and it’s very conveniently located. The river is slow moving (bring a tube!) and low enough to play in. It did rain the last night and the river rose pretty quickly. We would book here again.
