Overall this was a great stay and an incredible view. There were some problems with the hot tub and sauna when we first arrived but the team was able to get them fixed promptly and was very communicative. The view from the place more than made up for any issues.

My husband and I stayed for our 20 year anniversary. It was absolutely perfect. The Mountain View‘s are breathtaking. Highly recommend getting up in time to see the sunrise. We were able to get an Uber down to the strip and back without too much trouble on a Friday. We saw bears multiple times on our drives up and down the mountain.

Home was very cozy and just as the pictures show. Good amenities and view of the city at night. Drive up was a little steep and windy but that is pretty typical for the area. Host was very responsive to questions.

We frequent all different kinds of Air BnB rentals. We do family trips in the summer and anniversary trip every year on New Years. 15 years with my wife and this was our favorite trip because of this wonderful place. The best views, comfortable bed, we just felt right at home and then some. Heavens peak is a perfect description of the views night and day. Amazing sunset and you can see everything in Gatlinburg & Pigeon forge from here. Can’t wait to visit this one again. 5 stars all around for a couples trip MORE than enough room etc.

Me and my wife celebrated our fist anniversary at Heaven’s Peak and it was spectacular! It was a perfect place for an anniversary trip! The house was cozy, the suite was very romantic, but the best part was the amazing view! It felt like we were on the very top of the mountain and we could see all of downtown Gatlinburg and it was stunning!

Heaven’s Peak has a spectacular view of the Smokey Mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. Sunrise is breathtaking. The place is extremely cozy and welcoming. Linens and bed are comfortable and clean. There is plenty to do in town. The first night there, it snowed. We got pizza delivery and enjoyed the hot tub and city lights. Getting in touch with the management company was easy and they are very responsive.

Over 22 years of going to Gatlinburg, this chalet was BY FAR the best experience we’ve ever had and we have stayed in some lovely places. Mountain Laurel was a responsive company when there was some question as to our fireplace. Sent someone up right away! The place was clean as a whistle. Heaven’s Peak had the most amazing views, hands down. We were at the highest peak over Gatlinburg. But, beware the drive will make you come to Jesus!!

Heaven’s Peak was the best rental I have ever stayed at. Every thing was truly amazing. It was so clean, cozy, and you simply cannot beat the view. And, we saw bears multiple times near the house! This was my first time booking with Mountain Laurel Chalets and I only have great things to say. 10/10. We will definitely be back because not only was everything perfect, but it now holds a very special place in my heart because me and my boyfriend got engaged right on the back porch our first night there. We absolutely loved this home! We spent a lot of time just hanging out in this cozy place ! We literally had to drive up a mountain to arrive at the home but the views were amazing ! Heaven’s Peak has the best view ever and we’ve been coming 35 years. We’ve managed to stay in a different rental every time. This one is the first we want to visit again. My husband and I just got home from our stay at Heaven’s Peak. We absolutely loved it!! The view was perfect, pictures don’t do it justice. The house was clean and looks exactly like pictured. Our only complaint is that there are several cameras outside. I never saw that posted in the add and I even asked about it before booking. I will admit that the cameras weren’t as big of an issue as I would have anticipated, I just wish I had known. Our favorite part was the hot tub on the back deck. What a perfect spot to relax and unwind! We plan to stay again on our next trip to the smokies.

My wife and I stayed at Heavens Peak for our 22nd anniversary, this chalet is amazing, if you stay here put your cell phones down and go out on the deck and enjoy the beautiful view leaving all your troubles behind. Now I would like to brag on the staff at Mountain Laurel Chalet, they are the best ! A special thanks to Pam who who we booked our stay with. Talking with her I asked about a DVD player because we always watch our wedding video on our anniversary, Well she went above and beyond to make this happen plus there was a gift for us when we arrived at the chalet.
