Arriving is a breeze thanks to the unloading zone in the upper parking lot, allowing you to easily load your belongings onto the awaiting elevator and settle in. As you step inside, you are greeted by a cozy entryway leading to a queen bedroom suite on the right. This inviting space features a private TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a convenient stackable washer/dryer unit. Plus, this room boasts its own heating/cooling unit, allowing you to tailor the room’s temperature to your preference.

Beyond the foyer, the open-concept living/dining area welcomes you with a cozy gas fireplace, a generously sized TV, a plush sofa, and two recliners. Adjacent to this gathering space, a dining area awaits, accommodating up to four guests and conveniently positioned near the fully-appointed kitchen. Here, aspiring chefs will find everything they need to whip up delightful meals; just bring your favorite groceries. The kitchen, featuring granite countertops, is equipped with all essential appliances, including handy tools like a George Foreman grill and a crock pot.
