Note that it does not include extra amenities commonly found in some VRBO rentals. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, blow dryers, and cooking seasonings (such as oils and spices) are not provided. There is a small box with a travel size conditioner, shampoo, and soap bar. It will not last past two days. Also, there were small bugs all over the house in the morning that got in through the cracks under the door.

You make a very valid point about the toiletries and we completely understand the expectation for a longer stay. We do provide a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, and soap to get guests settled in and we always recommend that guests bring any additional personal care products they may need for the duration of their stay. We will look into how we can better communicate this in our listing so that future guests can plan accordingly. Regarding the cooking seasonings and spices, we want to be transparent that out of an abundance of caution for the health and wellbeing of all of our guests we do not leave opened food items such as oils and spices that have been previously used by other guests. We completely understand that this may differ from some other vacation rentals and we appreciate your understanding on that front. There are several great stores nearby where those items can be picked up quickly and easily! We also sincerely apologize for the bugs you experienced and we will be addressing the door seals and any entry points right away to make sure that is taken care of for future guests. We always strive to provide a five star experience and we would love the opportunity to welcome you back -- whether at Cliffhanger or one of our other cabins -- and to give you the seamless and comfortable stay you deserved. The cabin was extremely clean and presented well. Close to downtown but also close to the bypass.

We absolutely loved this house. Clean and beautiful! The views are amazing. Pet friendly. Decor is unique and fun. Lots of space and big kitchen. Beds super comfy. We will definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful view and place. Where to begin. We saw a bear strolling down the road the first day. The beds were very comfortable. We had a view of the Tram and the mountains. The cabin was definitely 5 star. If I had one complaint was the lack of champagne glasses. There were wine glasses but there were only plastic champagne glasses. Not a big deal, we improvised. Sitting on the back deck was very relaxing and quiet. We loved every minute there.

We give it 5 stars. The location is great, the view is great, and it's great that we could bring our dog. He had a great time there. We don't have an EV car, but we hope to have one in the future and would definitely stay here again since it has the charging station.

The chalet was just as pictured. It was very clean and had all the amenities one would need. The kitchen was fully stocked if you decide to cook in. Being pet friendly, was one of main reasons we chose this property. It was thoughtfully appointed for our fur-baby with bowls, treats, bed, blanket and toy. The panoramic view was stunning and the outdoor areas were very comfortable. The office staff was always friendly and helpful in every way. It was convenient to have the concierge service and the free tickets to some of the attractions was appreciated. We would recommend this property to our family/friends and definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cliffhanger! It was beautiful and our pup loved it, too! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to take a mountain vacation and bring your furry friend with you!

WOW! Cliffhanger was better than the pictures if that's even possible! It was immaculate and everything was in perfect condition. The view is amazing! Every room is gorgeous! I will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all my friends and family! The location is so convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Thumbs up for sure!!

Thanks for a great visit! Kudos for juice box charging station! Much appreciated. The bidet was a hit, as were the low flush toilets. I like the conservation efforts. Our only minor issue was electrical plug in second BR upstairs where coffee maker is did not work for any plug in device. It didn't matter for us but I thought you'd want to know. Also, string lights on lower deck. Two of three lights at front door exterior flashed off and on while the third was on without interruption. Go figure....Again, not complaints--just thought you'd want to know.

My family and I spent Memorial Day weekend at this beautiful home. The view is the highlight, however the decor is beautiful and welcoming. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. The house has 3 balconies and I loved time on all 3. I will certainly book this home I’m the future.
