Very clean, easy check-in and checkout. 10 minutes from the center of Gatlinburg. Beautiful view and definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Gatlinburg. Will most definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at the house! There was plenty of space for everyone and the rooms felt big for all our families. The view from the house is amazing however it is a steep and narrow drive for about a mile because the house is close to the top of the mountain on a dead end street. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

We had such a great time celebrating my friend's 70th birthday. RmThey even left a special birthday treat in the refrigerator for her. They were very responsive when I wanted to get in a little early to decorate. Also, we were having WiFi issues and they sent maintenance out right away and then Spectrum. It was all working when we returned for the day. We look forward to coming back again!

Our stay with Mountain Laurel Chalet was amazing. The property boasts amazing views of the mountains and city. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and even got to see a few bears. The only thing we would suggest is to have more games available on the property for entertainment purposes. We are looking forward to visiting again.

We had a great time!! We did have trouble getting the wifi to work or when it did it was not strong enough (even after resetting the modem). So many tv’s and we couldn’t watch them! Other than that, it was very spacious with spectacular views and amenities.
