Tom Goodwin proudly serves as Owner and CEO of Mountain Laurel Chalets, a family-owned Gatlinburg vacation rental management leader for over fifty years. Since 2012, he has guided the company through a competitive market, preserving the family legacy and ensuring future success. 

Under Tom’s leadership, MLC offers a full suite of services—from marketing and property management to construction, renovations, and guest experience—maximizing value for homeowners and unforgettable stays for guests. 

With 32 years of executive experience at Cru, shaping culture and brand, Tom is passionate about revitalizing businesses and communities, bringing new life and productivity to Mountain Laurel Chalets and those it serves.
