My Family and I loved Le Rendezvous Chalet! Beautiful views, excellent beds, and everything you need to have a great vacation. We saw 10 bears while we were there. The staff was excellent. I highly recommend Mountain Laurel Chalets for your destination while in Gatlinburg, TN.

Great weekend! We always love our stays with Mtn. Laurel and this one was great too. This cabin is at the end of a dead end street which I really liked. The deck is very nice. The driveway looks like it might be tricky but our minivan handled it just fine. The bears were very active around us too which we really enjoy.

We have stayed at Mt Laurel Chalets in the past but have not been back since the fire. As expected, their Chalet was clean, and their staff was welcoming. The view was magnificent, and we saw bears every day. A couple of close encounters so if you're in this one be conscious of this fact. Our family loved it! The only thing I would want people to know is that the drive up and driveway is not for the lighthearted. We had a full-size Ford Expedition which was almost too big for the turns and steep uphill driveway. Once you got the hang of it was manageable. Even saying this I do not mean for it to be a negative just trying to give a heads-up. We will be coming back to this Chalet next year just in a smaller SUV.

We found the company accommodating and courteous, appreciate any businesses that support local store owners and their craft. Would like to have had better access to a device charging table or area since we each had to keep our phones charged- some of the electric was a little wonky! My family has been coming to Gatlinburg since my husband and my honeymoon in 1996. We have never repeated a chalet except for this one. The price point is perfect. The driveway is rough but I know in the mountains that is not unusual. Mountain Laurel always makes us feel welcome. We can't wait until our next visit. Gatlinburg is my home away from home. Nice Chalet. Not enough closets. Pool table small. Roads tight and curvy. Bears walk right on deck you cannot enjoy hot tub nor deck. A bear attacked my Jeep top, so had to replace that. No movie channels.

My family stayed in this Chalet for 4 nights to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday. It was an excellent location and was close to everything we wanted to do. There were great views and we had everything we needed in the cabin. We ran into a few bears during our stay (a few snuck up on us so make sure you’re being alert) and we were able to admire them. It was relaxing to sit in the hot tub after a long day of adventures. Overall it was a great chalet and I wouldn’t defiently come back!

July 17-21. We had a wonderful time at Le Rendezvous. The views are to die for! The layout was great. Loved the rain shower in the bathroom. The hot tub was very relaxing in the evenings. We had a Momma Bear and her cub visit our place one afternoon. The cub actually played in the trough up the steps from the grill. They then proceeded around the balcony to the steps leading down to the driveway! The family group has decided that a return trip to this rental is a must. We enjoyed AnaKeesta; pancakes at the Pancake Pantry; music at Moonshine Holler; and people watching!

The view was stunning, and we really enjoyed the pool table. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the condition of the chalet. The refrigerator was very outdated and had a cord inside to hold items on the door. The coffeemaker wouldn’t make a full pot of coffee, without clogging up. The dressers in the bedrooms were not useable because the drawers wouldn’t open. The property needs updated and repaired.

The major recommendations we have are 1) refrigerator needs to be upgraded, not enough space and 2) Couch and furniture is looking very worn & old. The GOOD part is - We really enjoyed our stay and experience. We've never been disappointed by any of the Mountain Laurel Chalets we've rented over the years.

We came to Gatlinburg for a small destination wedding because I wanted to have it in the mountains where our ancestors were born. This cabin made an already special time even more wonderful! It's truly lovely and the view is unsurpassed. Please note that timid drivers will probably struggle with the road and driveway; both are VERY steep and have hairpin turns. It wasn't a problem for us. The ONLY negative was the beds. My mother is disabled and she had to sleep on the couch because the mattresses are very cheap and very hard! My husband (Ahh!) and I slept fine, but our king bed was the exception. Aside from this the cabin was perfect.

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at this property. The house is in very good condition, the furniture is comfortable, and there is plenty of room for a large family. Like many of these houses, the driveway is a bit steep and can be tricky to navigate, but that's the case with most others as well. We did encounter bears at the house on more than one occasion, so you'll need to be alert and aware of your surroundings. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time here. The beds were nice, everything was clean, everything worked, and the place is maintained nicely. We did see a lot of bears, so the warnings came in handy. Lock your car doors. At least twice that we know of, the bears tried to get in our cars. The bears like the tub in the ground - and they LOVE the hot tub cover. I'd suggest replacing it as there are some holes in it. It added adventure to the experience just getting up the mountain to the cabin. Everyone agreed that it was worth the trip up and down the mountain because the views were so spectacular. Thank you Mtn Laurel Chalets for helping to make this vacation one that we all will remember!

We had a wonderful time in this gorgeous home! Clean, beautiful, modern, and best of all- we got to see 6 black bears! One actually came strolling across the deck and went down the stairs while we were outside! Didn't pay any attention to us. (Of course, we got out of the way!) We also got to see a Mama and 3 cubs in the back yard from the balcony and 2 of the cubs climbed up a nearby tree. We have lots of great photos and videos! We had a great time exploring Gatlinburg, Smoky Mt. Nat'l Park, Clingman's Dome, walked across the SkyBridge, did a moonshine tasting, hiked the Alum Cave Trail, and rode the Ober. It was great and we are very happy we visited Gatlinburg and chose Le Rendezvous! It was stunning! The only thing that I will say is in order to get this spectacular view, you will be driving up pretty steep roads and the driveway is pretty steep also- but it's worth it!

We loved our stay at Le Rendezvous Love the decor and layout of the chalet. This was our second year staying in this cabin, the bear activity is what brought us back this year. We were fortunate to see Momma and 4 baby Cubs. A curious bear tore the gas lid off our car, after trying out the locked doors. We absolutely loved our stay there, as we love Mountain Laurel. The only chalet company we have rented from for years. Look forward to our next stay.

The cabin itself is beautiful. Love the layout, the rooms were a good size. The beds were not that comfy, almost thought they were about to break. The kitchen was lovely. During the cold nights, I was surprised the inside was warm. Very well insulated. The driveway needs to be repaved, there are major potholes. Other than that the cabin was great!

Mountain drives are hard to maintain when there is no room to maneuver big equipment, so he keeps filling the pot holes until a solution can be found. We loved the cabin. So cozy and had everything we needed. Arrived at night when it was snowing. The driveway was a little tricky but worth it. Woke up to some of the most amazing views. The only thing we thought might be helpful would be to have the option to have wood delivered to the cabin ahead of time. Otherwise wonderful experience.

We sell bundles from October to March and if you buy 10 or more bundles, we will deliver. Keep that in mind for your next winter adventure to the mountains and we hope to see you again soon.

The cabin was great and had a great view. Only thing was the parking was on a step grade downhill so you had to be careful loading and unloading.

Thanks for the review and you are right about the driveway being on a slope. Backing up from the turn is sometimes helpful with unloading your vehicle. Funny story about the homeowner and the bear. He was unloading his car last spring and left the door open with his groceries inside. Unfortunately, Mr. Bear helped himself to a pizza, so ALWAYS remember to lock your car doors, even if you are going straight inside and back out! We hope you can come back soon.

Had a great time at Le Rendezvous. Cabin was spacious enough for our family group of 8. A few minor glitches upon arrival - stove didn't work and one of the two toilets was stopped up but Pam got right on it and issues were quickly resolved. Fantastic views from the front deck and hot tub on the back deck was a plus!

Le Rendezvous was a beautiful cabin hidden high up in the mountains! If you enjoy staying high on Ski Mountain Road and enjoy single-level cabin...this is your place! 4BR and 2BR! Mountain Laurel was very professional and helpful on multiple occasions! My only advice is the directions to this cabin need to be can be rather confusing (especially after dark). Google Maps also does not have this address correctly when using the GPS. This is just further evidence this beautiful cabin is truly tucked away in the Smokies!

Overall we had a nice stay at Le Redezvous however there were definitely things that need attention. Let me start with the drive up to the cabin. The roads are steep and narrow which is expected in Gatlinburg. If there were to be any kind of bad weather you may not get up or back down as the roads may not be driveable. Also, the steps to enter are very slick and narrow. BE Careful! Inside, the layout was very nice and at first glance seemed very clean at eye level. The cabinets in the kitchen have greenery above them. The amount of dirt and dust was unbelievable. Please just remove the greenery if it is not going to be kept clean. The furniture in the main area of the house has also seen its better days. Many of the chairs had legs that were about to fall off and the sofa and loveseat need to be replaced. Good furniture at one time, just overused. The bedrooms and the bedding were very nice however the smallest bathroom needs some repairs. Again completely usable, just needs some maintenance. In summary, this is a great property however it just needs some attention. I would stay here again only if the things I have shared have been addressed. It really is a great location with a great view.

Please let us know of any maintenance issues that you come across when staying with us. We have staff on hand every day to take care of any problems in the house. It's always a good idea to come prepared for bad weather any time you visit the mountains in the winter. We had a snowstorm on Christmas Eve this year and the roads were inpassable for a couple of days. Fortunately, the city crews were able to get the street clear the second day.

Sleeping in late. LOL. We had a bear everyday but we only saw him once. But he left different prints on my son in law truck everyday. You are high on the mountain but that doesn’t bother us as we have been staying in this mountain for years.
You will never go wrong with mountain laurel chalets.

We have rented from Mountain Laurel Chalets before and have always had a positive experience, but this cabin is our new favorite. We arrived on Friday night and settled in. As we sat down to eat dinner we glanced up and there was a bear walking around on the deck. When he realized we weren't going to share our food he went down the driveway and tried to open both doors on my vehicle.
The driveway to the house is a little awkward to turn into but the spectacular view from the house is more than worth it! The open floor plan was perfect for our family of 5 to spread out. The rental office staff is always very personable and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely wonderful. This is the first time in 18 years that we have ever seen bears. We were greeted by bears 4 out of the 5 days we stayed there. The cabin was perfect for us. The furniture needs an update, but it is still quite functional. The deck/railings needs some TLC though. But even with that being said, we would gladly rent this property again and recommend it to others.

The cabin is very spacious with a lot of room. The view of the mountains are wonderful. The cabin was clean and tidy. We did see at least 25 bears outside our cabin within our 4 days there. Maybe summer is mating season? The hot tub is nice.
As long as you arent driving a big RV you should be just fine getting up the windy mountain road / drive way. We had an 7 passenger SUV, we just had to take it very easy. The driveway is a hairpin turn in a V shape. We loved it though for nice work outs in the morning up the hill.
The 2 rooms with queen beds didn't have TV's, thats okay though because our kids stayed in those and they had their IPAds connected to the wifi.

Thanks for the review and we are glad you enjoyed your time at Le Rendezvous. Summer is mating season for the bears, but it seems their activity really kicked back up after our shut down in April. They missed their free meal (meaning garbage) and came out looking for food as soon as our guests returned. It has always been a battle, but seems to be more so this year. It is really important to lock your car doors and leave no food inside, not even an empty drink cup. We hope to see you in the mountains again soon.

Thanks for the review. You are on to one of the best kept secrets when vacationing. It can often times be cheaper to stay in a vacation rentals because you don't have to eat out every meal. The Ski Mountain area is perfect for guests who want the peace and quiet the mountain provides, but still only a few minutes to the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. WE had a great time visiting Gatlinburg with our family. We usually stay downtown and rent a hotel but renting this cabin was much more pleasurable. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Thanks for the review. You are on to one of the best kept secrets when vacationing. It can often times be cheaper to stay in a vacation rentals because you don't have to eat out every meal. The Ski Mountain area is perfect for guests who want the peace and quiet the mountain provides, but still only a few minutes to the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. It really is the best way to have an authentic Mountain Top Experience. We hope to see you again soon.

This house is amazing! 4 bedrooms- 2 with queen size beds and 2 with king size! Plenty of room for a family or friend getaway. Me and my fiance as well as two other couples went for a weekend to escape to the mountains before I moved. Although the trek up the mountain is a bit horrendous and I do not advise leaving at night unless you have to, once you are there the view is impeccable! The hot tub is cozy and clean, the house is well taken care of and overall I would advise anyone to stay here!

Thank you for the review. The drive up the mountain can be a little nerve wracking if you are not used to driving mountain roads, but the second time is easier and by the third time you will be a pro! The road to this cabin are all paved and two lanes wide, no 4 wheel drive required UNLESS you are coming when there is a possibility of snow. Overall we had a great stay. We saw a bear on the deck twice. The kids loved that! The cabin was gorgeous however it could have been a little cleaner. The floor was dirty staining my nine month olds clothes from where he was crawling. The driveway was a little tricky to get into but once we figured it out it was fine. The view from the cabin was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

The office staff was very nice and helpful. We were snowed in one day but there were puzzles & movies there to keep us entertained. The drive up was a little scary for us just because we aren't used to driving in the mountains. My only complaint regarding the cabin was the lighting. Maybe could've used brighter bulbs or maybe there were some bulbs out? But overall it was a good & fun vacation!

We just can't say enough wonderful things about this property. The drive up was an amazing adventure in itself!! The cabin is beautiful...even better than we imagined from the photos. A mama bear with three cubs were spotted just below the deck where we were having coffee the first morning - what an amazing start to our perfect vacation. We saw a total of 20 bears from our deck throughout our 7 day stay. The office was convenient, and staff was so pleasant. This was a girls' week away, and the four of us couldn't dream of a more perfect place to stay. Absolutely awesome! We must visit the great smoky mountains again, and this will be the place we choose to stay each and every time we return!

It was a perfect stay for our family of five. Going up the property might be challenging for some but otherwise it was worth the trip. The property is equip with basic necessities. Sheets provided, kitchen essentials are adequate, wifi was stable ( no signal for T-mobile ). There are neighboring property around but privacy was never compromise. Bears roam around the area and we were fortunate to have one visit on the day of departure. What you see on the management pictures is what you get. Good communication with property staff. Highly recommended property.

There were eight of us staying for a weekend at Le Rendezvous. Although the place is listed as three bedrooms, there are actually four bedrooms. One bedroom cannot be counted as such because it does not have a closet.

The kitchen was a galley style with enough room for several people to work in it at the same time. The place is very compact; but there is ample room to socialize and be alone.

The hot tub is out back but just a few steps from a door into one of the bedrooms. The driveway is very steep and I do not see how anyone could negotiate it in snow and ice even with snow tires, chains, and four wheel drive.

The cabin is located at the end of a dead end road so there is no traffic.

It was one of the best cabins we have ever rented in Gatlinburg.

The house was very nice with a great view overlooking Gatlinburg. The staff were very nice when we checked in and out. It is quite a white knuckle drive up the steep and winding road to get to the house - even worse when you meet oncoming traffic. Not easy to get into the driveway either as it was a very sharp angle and steep. Really enjoyed the house, just didn't like the drive up to it.

We have been coming up to Gatlinburg, The Great Smoky mountains for the last 10 years or so for Thanksgiving and have had 3 main cabins we stay in. Le Rendezvous is now our FAVORITE. Best of both worlds: in the mountains and not far from downtown Gatlinburg. Overall cleanliness was good. Looks like some repairs are being done on the house and I would say they needed to be completed. The beds weren't comfortable (think they have plastic covers on mattress) and the silverware drawer was not clean and needs to be cleaned and new silverware would be great! First time also using Mountain Laurel Chalets and they were great! Loved the emails with all of the directions. Good Choice

The cabin was perfect for our two families. Loved the one floor so our toddlers could run and play. The hot tub was in a perfect spot for privacy. The kitchen had all the items to cook with, not much counter space to work with. The view of the mountains was amazing. The wrap around deck was perfect to sit on for lunch on the picnic table or coffee in the morning. The kids loved the porch as well, lots of room to run around the cabin. The king beds are squeaky. Loved the big flat screen above the fire place. The one bathroom did not have a faucet in it. The previous renter broke it, I guess it was a special order item so we never had a faucet in the one bathroom. But the office did respond to the issue quickly and notified us about it. The location of the cabin was scary at first to get to. I had a hard time getting used to the hills and sharp turns. It was about 10 minutes from downtown. We brought food to cook every night so we didn't have to drive up and down the mountain that much, very hard on the trucks.

If you are afraid of bears this isn't for you. they walk around the porch and down the stairs.

We loved the cabin. Great use of space, really pretty views, everything worked and was in good shape. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I did expect the cabin to be cleaner, such as the stove, the deck and outdoor seating being swept off and clean. I was surprised that it wasn't stocked with basic essentials such as dishwasher soap, more than one bar soap in bathrooms, some washing detergent and regular coffee and coffee filters. However, this was a very comfortable cabin for my family considering we're a family of 7. The ride up to the cabin was interesting and not bad at all. The kids really enjoyed the place and we cooked outdoors two nights. The best part of our stay there was getting the chance to see a black bear one morning walk to the back of the cabin and cool off with a bath in a tin bucket set out by the grill. Then he made his way around the deck and back down stairs. Pretty awesome for us South Texans. My husband and I agreed we would love to be back.

Rented unit for size, etc. Didn't realize it was at the top of the mountain. A little hard to get to, but the view from the deck is worth it! Saw two bears which thrilled the kids. Enjoyed Dollywood. Only negative is the horrendous traffic. the one main route is bumper to bumper most of the time. Avoid weekends. Thanks for a fun time in a beautiful setting.

We are a family of 7, and have a tough time finding accommodations to fit us. Le Rendezvous was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting Gatlinburg. The rooms were spacious, and the views were incredible! Our 5 kids loved every minute of it, and normally they are not excited about where we stay.
The small touches, we noticed. Little bird houses hanging from the ceiling in the one main bedroom. Positive signage throughout...gentle reminders of having a good vacation and enjoying life. The kitchen was convenient, and had all the comforts of home. Full size fridge, oven, etc. Our kids loved the billiards table and the outdoor hot tub. There are two full baths and four bedrooms, with two queen beds and two king beds. The motif was rustic with wood everywhere and a beautiful fireplace in the center.
The cabin was so convenient that we would make dinner each night, saving would-be dinner money for activities like ice skating, mountain coaster, mirror maze, mini golf etc. After staying in Le Rendezvous, I think we won't ever stay in a hotel again! It truly added to the overall enjoyment of our spring break trip.

We rented Le Rendezvous for five days. It was a wonderful experience. The Chalet was clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. The view was amazing! The second bathroom could definitely be upgraded but it was usable - it was the only complaint we had. The Ski Mountain location was a bonus. We were close enough to downtown Gatlinburg to make it convenient, yet felt like we were staying in the middle of the Smoky Mountains. We would definitely rent this unit again.

I have a family of 5 that stayed in this chalet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very spacious, clean and most of the chalet had been recently updated. The wrap around deck is nice, the view is beautiful and fairly private. The only suggestion I have is to upgrade the television in the living room, which was an old analog box tv that was far too small for the spacious room.

We did encounter a bear outside on the hot tub one evening after we went to bed. If you want to see a bear, you definitely have a good chance staying here. We have stayed at many of these chalets and this was the first encounter we had with a bear. As usual Mountain Laurel is spectacular to deal with. We will definitely stay here again.

The experience and our stay was absolutely positively wonderful! The chalet was immaculately clean,stocked with all necessities,the indoor decor made us feel like we were in a mountain cabin and the view was unbelievable especially at sunrise and sunset! Loved sitting out on the deck in the morning watching the sunrise as I was sipping on my coffee! Pictures on the deck with the mountains in the background make for a spectacular picture. And...YES; you WILL SEE BEARS!!! We had 4 bear cubs and momma visit us daily on the back patio; it must of been their playtime! The octagon shape of the chalet and everything being on one level allowed our family to all be together! The drive up the mountain was exciting but worth it with all the mountain views! The outside ground level of the chalet was under some renovations while we were there but didn't affect our visit. The management staff at Mt. Laurel Chalets were informative and friendly!Definitely will recommend it to our friends and will be back to stay again!

We LOVED our stay here! Everything was great and the view was amazing. We will definitely come back and stay with Mt. Laurel Chalets, as the people are great and everyone was very helpful. The kids loved seeing the bear on the porch and it really made the trip that much better! We were very close to the park and downtown Gatlinburg, which was perfect as we were also secluded from everyone- which is what we wanted! Awesomeness all the way around for our stay!!!! I definitely recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise! Great views all day long!

Our stay in Le Rendezvous was fantastic. The cabin was clean and we enjoyed staying there so much. The cabin is very inviting and we loved the way it was homey feeling. I would recommend bringing a skillet if you plan on needing one since the ones there aren't the greatest. The mountain views are wonderful and I enjoyed the sun rises so much. We enjoyed many activities in the area and just enjoyed relaxing in the cabin. Our 14 year old twins are ready to go back. What a great family vacation we had and a great cabin!!

I brought my daughter and her family..the grandkids were so excited to stay in a cabin in the mountains as were we adults! Loved the floor plan as we had a 1 year old who could circle and no stairs to worry about. Loved that everything was on the one level..pool table, kitchen, bedrooms so that were all together all the time.Great memories made and even had a bear and cubs visit..icing on the cake! We had the best time in this cabin. It was a very lovely and comfortable. The cabin was very clean and decorated very nice.
The drive to the cabin was a little bit of a challenge, but well worth it. The view was wonderful.
The best part was we had a welcoming party when we arrived at the cabin. We were visited by 3 bears. We really enjoyed watching them climb and play all over the hot tub. (Safely from inside the cabin)We will definitely be back to rent this cabin again.

The property was clean and we liked the floor plan. Property was in process of renovation, I think due to some cosmetic work that needed to be done. Location was a little tricky driving-wise.I do not think we will stay at that location again, but will still book through Mountain Laurel. Very good restaurants, beautiful scenery, friendly people, and close to many fine attractions. Great aquarium.

Our rental was perfect for us. My husband and I took our 3 girls for spring break. The view was incredible. The house was clean and had more than enough space for is all. We loved that each of our daughters could have their own room. The ebeds were very loud and my oldest daughter is a light sleeper so she said she woke up every time she rolled over but that was the only complaint out of the 3. Its very secluded surrounded by trees. We woke up every morning early to watch the sunrise. It was spectacular.
The drive up to the cabin is a little hairy but it added to the fun of living on the top of the mountain! My Jeep liberty made the trek no problem.
Overall we all agreed we loved the rental and it really made our stay in Gatlinburg even more memorable.

We loved Le Rendezvous and would recommend it to friends and family. It was clean and well maintained. The views from this cabin are wonderful and the sliding glass doors make the outside come in. We asked for a cabin that was up high in the mountains and close to Ober Gatlinburg and this cabin meets both of those request. The driveway is a booger and takes some maneuvering to conquer. The décor and furnishing are very nice. There needs to be a flat screen in the living room over the fireplace and it would be perfect! The hot water heater only allows for one or two showers and took forever to reheat. The hot tub works great! Over all we had a wonderful stay and would stay in Le Rendezvous again.

Other than being straight uphill or mountain, the home was lovely. We were traveling with ALL our kids and there was plenty of room to spend time as a family or you could spend some alone time away from the others when needed. We loved the design of the home and you can tell its well maintained. We were excited to see 4 bears on our deck one morning which made our trip complete. Great trip.

My wife and I went alone this time but this chalet would easily accommodate 8 as it says. The only thing I recommend / plan to do myself next visit; bring my grilling tools. What I needed to clean the grill (was very clean already) was already there but the utensils for cooking lacked what I wanted however I was able to make do with the kitchen equipment.
Of the several Mountain Laurel properties I've stayed in over the years this is my favorite.

We gather every year with friends for an annual Friendsgiving this time of year. This was our 5th anniversary of the tradition and we celebrated in the comfort of La Rendezvous in The Great Smokies. It was pretty great. A few minor, very minor incidents with the cabin (clogged tub mainly, and a bear dug through our hot tub cover and we had trouble with lighting the fire without a starter log) but overall the location, the view, the national park, the service from the front all made for a memorable and enjoyable few days away.

This was our least favorite cabin after renting 7 Mountain Laurel Chalets. The staff was very helpful. They assisted us at 8 at night after being run out by 3 bears playing in our hot tub and a grumpy momma. The floral arrangement that was supposed to be delivered to us was brought to us promptly by the chalet staff. One room smelled bad but the chalet was clean. Kitchen could be bigger for foodies like us. After the three little bears muddied the waters the maintenance staff promptly cleaned it and brought a new cover since they stole ours. Needless to say we were too scared to return to the hottub or our deck.

The view was stunning! Over all, the cabin was very nice and clean. Had some issues with the stove being dirty and about smoking us out the first night. 2 days later, we realized that the microwave didn't heat. The rooms had plenty of room and storage. The secondary bath could use some updating so it would match the rest of the decor. Would stay again in a heart beat though. The pluses definitely outweigh the negative.

We enjoyed our stay in Le Rendezvous. The view from the desk was beautiful. It was a great place to sit, sip coffee and watch the sun rise in the morning. The interior of the cabin was comfortable with plenty of room for the 7 of us. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends. The location was close to Gaitlinburg and convenient to the national park.

Upon arrival we found the driveway to be a bit tricky, luckily we had a 4 wheel drive and was able to back all the way up the driveway. The pictures on the website did not disappoint. It was as beautiful as we had imagined, there was no one around not even the bears that we had so hoped to see. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and we could not have asked for better views. The beds could have been a little more comfortable and quite when you moved. We have rented through MLC before and will definitely use them again.

Cabin was awesome, it was clean and looked just like the pictures. It was on the top of the mountain, great views but it took about 15 minutes to get up and down the mountain. Overall though we had a blast.

We had a wonderful 7 night stay at Le Rendezvous. The place was absolutely gorgeous with a wrap around deck. On one side you had beautiful views of the Smokeys and on the other side it was woods in which bears love to come visit. We were eating on the deck one evening when a bear walked up to the deck. We were more interested in him than him in us and many pictures were taken.

One of my favorite activities that week was bikeriding the 11 mile Cades Cove loop when it was closed to traffic in the early morning. We saw 5 bears and the scenery was breathtaking and the whole ride was serene even if it was a bit physically challenging. It is also fun to go into Gatlinberg and do the moonshine and wine tasting.

We would stay at Le Rendezvous again without hesitation. We loved the place and our vacation.

Our stay was great. Chalet was beautiful and the view was awesome. We had visitors on Saturday. A mama bear and. Her three cubs. That was exciting to watch. We watched them for 2 hours. Got lots of pictures. Would rent this one again.

Le Rendevous was an excellent vacation property for our family. We loved every minute of it! We will stay here every time we go to the Smokey's! The view was terrific. We had a nice bear walk through and visit our car to make sure it didn't have any food in it! We played pool every day, when we weren't hiking in the mountains.

Le Rendezvous was a splendid place to spend our 3 day family vacation in Gatlinburg. Location is at a nice elevation with cool views from the deck. Cabin is nicely furnished and decorated with plenty of amenities. The 360 degree deck is kinda unique and we loved it. The little bench at the back is great to just relax and meditate. The hot tub is secluded which makes it nice to enjoy. Parking can be a little tough to manage due to the sharp, steep turns, but its a minor inconvenience compared to all the other greats. The whole family loved this place and we would definitely recommend it!!
