Greenbrier Chalet

We all had a very enjoyable stay at the chalet. The house was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items for cooking, and the host thoughtfully provided a small package of Tide and a few dishwasher pods. We didn’t see any additional cleaning supplies, so I’d recommend packing an all-purpose cleaner just in case. One thing we absolutely loved was the quality and abundance of pillows on the beds—such a nice touch! The location was very convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and the free tickets to select attractions were a great bonus. If you don’t have four-wheel or all-wheel drive, the mountain roads leading to the house could be challenging in certain weather conditions, which is worth keeping in mind. The hosts were incredibly kind and excellent communicators. They even sent us a fun playlist for the drive and provided a thoughtful snack bag for our trip home. We would highly recommend this house and these hosts to anyone.

This was the perfect place to stay, close to town and the park. It’s a great place. I was concerned about cleanliness with it being a dog friendly place, but I didn’t see a single hair. Except for a couple sticky spots on the floor, it was very clean. We enjoyed our time here.

Very clean cabin! Well appointed kitchen. Child/dog gates for top and bottom of stairs was a nice touch. Inside stairs were steep and somewhat narrow, but our Golden Retriever had no problems going up or down. She did prefer the outside stairs when given a choice. A nice cabin in a good location.

I recently stayed at Mountain Laurel Chalets and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The space was clean and cozy with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It was the prefect "home away from home" feeling. It's such a relaxing spot, but still close to all attractions. The host was fantastic as they were always quick to respond to any questions. I left feeling recharged and happy. I highly recommend to anyone going to this area. The hot tub was a major plus after a long day out. You will need to provide your own seasonings, tin foil, coffee, etc...but all the kitchen utensils, plates, cups, and pots and pans are all there to easily make breakfast and dinner daily. The only issue we had was that one of the bed frames seem to need replacement. My son was not comfortable sleeping on it so he had to sleep on the couch. Other than that, the place is amazing. I recommend a good vehicle and tires for this location as the mountain and driveway are very very steep.

We LOVED our stay! The cabin was clean and well stocked and each room was perfect. The hot tub was a blessing at the end of hiking and we saw around 12 bears in total on our trip, most of them on the drive up but one each morning of our stay on the driveway or by the front porch!

City girl here! Didn't realize the cabin was on the side of a mountain with treacherous twists and turns to arrive! That being said, after we arrived everything was great! However, we always tried to return home before dark since the roads are scary and not well lit at night.
Perfect space for family of 5 and ability to bring our dog was a plus. Only issue with dog was that there was not a lot of flat grass areas to walk the dog (but obviously not the owners fault).
Brand new jacuzzi was a nice surprise and management was helpful and responsive. Perfect location for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge activities.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

This place was amazing. We were so happy with our stay. The house is in the wood away from town but close enough to go if you wanted. There was plenty of space for our group of 6. Everything was provided including a full stock kitchen. Very clean and a great place for our pets. I would Definitely rebook.

This place has everything you need. Full stocked kitchen. So much space with a great view of the sun coming up over the mountains. You are just far enough in the woods for peace and quiet but close enough to go into down town. Check in was simple. Best price for if you are bringing pets. I would Definitely book this place again.

Very clean, comfortable chalet. Steep stairs for people with disabilities. I would recommend more lighting in the Den area upstairs, only one Lamp other than over head lighting. The master bed is very comfortable and the pillows are great. We enjoyed our stay. It is always a pleasure to stay with Mountain Laurel any issues we had were taken care of immediately. I have been renting from Mountain Laurel for years and highly recommend them always a pleasure to deal with their personnel. Thanks for another wonderful stay.

Pictures and description are accurate. The main living area is on the upper level and each level has its own entrance/exit to the decks and then to ground level. Chalet is comfy and spacious, it accommodated my family perfectly. It is located near the top of the moutain but nestled on the side. not much of a view but private and peaceful. I also liked the vicinity to the main strip downtown and entrance to the national park. Booking online was easy. The ladies providing customer service at the office were welcoming and thorough. They called during our stay to see if we needed anything. We had a good experience and would recommend.

Loved the peaceful mountain top location. Not a fan of the steep roads, but we were aware of that prior and nothing can be done to change that. Parking at the chalet was ample for 2 cars. Check in/check out was easy and well communicated. Property was clean and well appointed. Easy access to the national park which is why we came. Absolutely loved the 2 tier deck outside. Only suggestions are upgrade to the electrical outlets, stairs are a little steep inside, a slighter larger kitchen with more counter space and a solution for the bee problem. These are merely suggestions if the owner is looking to improve on anything. But we loved our stay here and would rebook in a heartbeat
