This was the third time we have rented a property through Mountain Laurel Chalets and once again they met our expectations. We enjoyed our stay at Early Dawn. Excellent location. Nice open floor plan. Kitchen was well stocked. Washer/dryer combo was a bit small, but functional. Beds were comfortable. The hot tub was great and helped us recover from daily hikes. Saw bears several times but twice they managed to bend the lid on the trash bin (even though it was locked). One morning we heard people below us yelling at a bear that was in their car - lock your cars people!

My husband and I had an incredible time at the Early Dawn property. They provided nearly everything to ensure our stay was comfortable, from laundry products to kitchen utensils, cookware, and bakeware. The only thing we found missing was a hairdryer, so make sure to bring your own! Additionally, the property offered amenities like a pool table, bathtubs, and a jacuzzi hot tub for us to enjoy. Our stay at Mountain Laurel Chalets was truly a great value. If you appreciate privacy and tranquility, all while being conveniently close to the town's attractions, this is the ideal place to stay. We look forward to returning with our family someday!

Wonderful. It was better than expected. Cupboards were completely stocked with what was needed. Bedrooms -- mattresses were comfortable. A great time was had by all and we even got to see some bears, from a distance.

Early Dawn is an excellent chalet for both those geared toward the park/nature and those geared toward fun in town. The location can’t be beat, and the chalet is fully equipped with just about everything. The screened in porch on the top floor is a magical place to watch thunderstorms come in over the mountains. Recent updates to the decor added even more comfort.

Early Dawn is a beautiful mountain chalet. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and it was a great central location to activities in Gatlinburg and in Pigeon Forge. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials for doing some cooking to save on expensive dining options in town. The house has a balcony on every level. The mountains can be viewed from the top floor balcony and is mostly obscured by tree foliage, but still visible. Our young adult/teen-aged children enjoyed using the pool table on the bottom floor of the house. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Smart TVs made it easy to access our streaming accounts with Apple AirPlay and a smart speaker made it easy to play music from our own devices. Almost all of the comforts of home, the owner made it truly a home-away-from-home situation. Travel up to the chalet from town is a bit difficult if you are not used to driving on tiny mountain roads and we arrived at 11pm when those roads were very dark. 4 wheel drive vehicle is extremely helpful as the tiny roads are very steep and there are a few hairpin turns and some are cliff-side. Locals do it like it’s nothing! Haha! Thanks for hosting us, Early Dawn. We hope to visit again soon. Love from East Texas!

Our vacation experience was wonderful we come to Gatlinburg often first time renting through this company check in was easy and great location was great so late was absolutely beautiful loved everything about it except for the beds both beds was very uncomfortable and need to be replaced other than that I have no complaints I had a wonderful time

Early Dawn is very clean and inviting. My wife and I took her sister and beau to the Smokies for their first time. All had a wonderful time in Gatlinburg and the Glades. One thing that really facilitated our stay was each bedroom was on a seperate floor. So the early risers could enjoy their morning while the late risers slept undisturbed. The seperate thermostats for each bedroom was another plus. Early Dawn truly is a nice place to relax and retreat from town.

Early Dawn was a great cabin for us to stay for a quick get-away right after Christmas! It is quite spacious, but would recommend adding a sofa bed to either the pool table room or living room, as this would easily accommodate 6 people instead of just 4! We came with our younger son and his wife, and if our older son had been able to come, we would have been too large a party to stay here. There is dining for 8 and a huge, if minimalist, living room. Just needs a beautiful mountain picture above the mantle! There is a bathroom on each floor, which is great since there are three floors. As it is winter, there were great views from the main (second) floor and top (third) floor- that you may not get as much of when foliage is back.

It does take steps to get everywhere, so this is probably not a good choice for those with limited physical ability. Even the main level takes steps to get to, and there is not a bedroom on the main level- as one bedroom is upstairs on the third floor and one is downstairs on the first floor, alongside the pool table room. This is a great space for two couples since the rooms are so separated and private, though a t.v. in downstairs bedroom might be wanted by some. This is also great for families with teens or as in our case young adult children. (Not as great with young children with all the stairs.) It would be perfect if it had the addition of a sleeper sofa so our other son could stay here too if we get to come back- which we hope we do! Our son that came said this was one of his favorite cabins in all that we have stayed in- and we have stayed in a lot over the years!

We would highly recommend Early Dawn! We love to stay at cabins and chalets with Mt. Laurel, and this was again a great experience. My only disappointment was that they did not decorate for the holidays as I had expected they would have. (We have had decorated cabins the other places we have stayed in Dec.) But otherwise, we loved it here!

Enjoyed a pleasant Family getaway! Early Dawn was OK--but not having a mountain view was very disappointing!
Loved the fireplace! Ice maker worked intermittently, TV controls were confusing, DVD player had no remote! Plastic chairs on balcony were tacky. Property needs a coat of paint.

We had a very comfortable stay at Early Dawn. The upstairs mattress was not comfortable at all, but the downstairs bedroom was very nice. The location did not provide a scenic view, but we still enjoyed our stay.

We really liked the chalet. It was nice and clean. Love the little care package with snacks. That was a nice gesture. Only thing we disliked was the upstairs bedroom windows had no curtains or blinds. I’m on vacation I want to sleep in lol. Was woke up early in morning Bc of light. Would be nice to have a choice. And we would have slept downstairs but it didn’t have a tv in bedroom. I like watching tv when I go to bed. If those things get fixed we would come back to this chalet. We like how it didn’t have a long drive from gatlinburg. But in all it was a very nice chalet

This was a very pleasant place,bring your change saw to see from the second floor, third floor hedge clippers, 5 bear’s went by while cooking on the charcoal grill 1 mother 4 Cubs earlier 1 male. Other than trees issue it a very nice place.
Cooking pans all need replaced ,one the handle falling off.

Place was great but needs a few touches to make it a place to want to.come back to year and year for us. We loved the area and are already looking at rentals for next year. We loved this chalet but the view wasn't as good as shown in the photos. A lot more tree growth, could barely see mountains from top floor.....really big bummer because thats the main thing we wanted to enjoy. We really wanted to be able to sit on the deck and have our morning coffee and just look at the mountains. Other let down was matresses are very uncomfortable, we all thought about just sleeping on the couches. Only other thing would recommend is a hair dryer for use and hand soap and lotion. If these few things had been better this would have been our yearly rental, was great bear sighting spot, close to an amazing town. Beautiful chalet

Thanks for the review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay at Early Dawn. We try to set expectations about views with pictures on the website that reflect what you should expect. Unfortunately, there are other property owners between Early Dawn and the view, so we are not able to cut trees to open the view any more than it already is. Also keep in mind that the view improves in winter when the leaves are off the trees and some of our pictures are taken during the winter. Both mattresses were replaced in July 2021. I am almost positive there are hair dryers in each bathrom now, but if now, always feel free to ask at the office. We have always given out small bars of hand soap and have just recently started giving our small bottles of lotion. We hope you will come again soon.

Very nice, neat and clean Chalet close to downtown and convenient to the national park. The view from the top deck was beautiful, with unbeatable sunrise view. Plenty of room for two couples, with individual full baths attached to bedrooms on each floor and a large half on the kitchen/living room level. Well stocked, clean kitchen with enough coffee cups so you don’t have to wash them everyday. We would stay at this Chalet again.

Check was easy, and the design and decor of the chalet was lovely. We didn't enjoy waking up to sore backs however. The third floor mattress sunk down in various areas. In addition, the cleaners could pay a little more attention to detail. Wall pictures and floor corners needed to be dusted and swept. My family members who slept on the lower level, stated that they would gladly stay again. My husband and I would choose this location again if the mattress was replaced and if dust bunnies were removed.

Thanks for the review. You will be happy to know both mattresses were replaced in July of 2021. Dust bunnies are a constant problem, especially when so easily seen on a hardwood floor. The chalets are deep cleaned once a year and our housekeeping and inspection teams try to keep on top of dust bunnies. If you ever have housekeeping or maintenance issues, please let the office know and we will do what we can to make things right.

My family spent a week at Early Dawn and had a fantastic time. The chalet was easy to get to and had a great view. I wish the weather had been warmer so we could have spent more time on the decks. They were marvelous. My family and I loved the open floor plan, but voices do carry, so keep that in mind if you need absolute privacy. The indoor stairs are a little steep, so if you have trouble with stairs, this might not be the place for you. The decor was simple and tasteful, and we put the fireplace to good use. The living room had such a nice glow in the evenings with the fire going and the lamps on. So nice and homey! I would rent this chalet again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for Christmas 2020. This is our second time staying at Early Dawn and its an excellent place to stay. Very clean and spacious. Had a lot of fun while there. Only thing is the windows and privacy but we were just fine with the way it was. Would definitely stay here again. Best views of LeConte are from the top floor. MLC is the best. We have used Mountain Laurel in the past with excellent service. This trip was no different the cabin was beautiful and easy to get to. There is a bear on the area we saw every night and morning, he likes to open car doors and walk on your porch. So keep your car doors locked it did do severe damage to an unlocked car in the area.

We stayed here with 2 young children and one set of grandparents. The split levels are really nice for privacy and we all felt like we had our own space with the middle living level between the two-bedroom levels.

The place was VERY clean and you could tell they are taking extra precautions for covid prevention.

Our only complaint was the open wall area above the upper bedroom that exposes your bedroom to the guests staying on the hill across the road. We could not use our big bathtub when the people across the road were using their deck. They can see RIGHT into your bedroom and if you're in the nude, they will see that too.

This area really needs renovation to close up the wall and make it more private and soundproof. If you want to have intimacy, this is not the bedroom to choose from! You cannot have a conversation without those below hearing you. This bedroom is very exposed in various ways. If this issue would be fixed, the cabin would be near perfect!

The cabin exceeded our expectations in every way. It isn't very far up the mountain and was easy to,find. The place is beautiful and has everything you need and more. The other couple with us were from,Los Angeles area and they really loved it. If you want a better view, you might want to rent a place further up the mountain, but we could still see the gondola as it passed by. The cabin icomfortable and very pretty. This will be our go to place when staying in the Smokies. It is very convenient to the national park and to Gatlinburg.

Excellent. Wasn't the location I was wanting but I booked late and took what I could get. Good location for Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean and much larger than I was expecting. Check in and checkout was easy. I would rent from Mountain Laurel Chalets again.

Thanks for the review. The view is best from the top deck of the mountains, but the middle and bottom decks also have views, but more of the surrounding trees. After the leaves fall, those two decks have a better opening to the mountains. We are glad you enjoyed the chalet otherwise and hope you can come back soon.

Our overall experience was great. It was peaceful and relaxing. For the most part it was clean, there was alot of blonde hair everywhere. The mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable. Other than that, our stay was good.

This was a beautiful home in a fantastic location. Downtown Gatlinburg is very close and you are on the best side of Gatlinburg to get to the park to hike without driving through town.

The home was beautiful and we loved the layout. We had one issue where the AC went out and it was 87 degrees. They were not able to fix it that night, but someone was there the next morning. They did provide a refund for one night for the inconvenience. We were very pleased and would stay here again.

This chalet is beautiful inside and out. Early Dawn is very easy to get to. The only things I didn't care for were all the steps and the open views in the front of the chalet. I think some window shades in the front of this chalet would be nice, because the people in the chalet above us could see everything we did. I didn't feel like I could walk around in my pjs at night with all the exposure. The people above us were on their porch every night. Love Mountain Laurel's Staff. Great location. Can be in Gatlinburg in 5 minutes. Easy to get to. Very clean and plenty of room for two or four. Not good for seniors because if you stay in the upstairs master you have to horse your suitcases up narrow staircase. No shades in the staircase windows, and they are big, and also none on the windows overlooking the view. Neighbors on the road above can see right in the staircase area and somewhat into other parts of the house. Not the best for privacy as a result. You enter the house on a staircase landing and not into a room, so everything you bring in must be taken up or down stairs. It is a challenge to fix breakfast with the sun blaring right in. Master suit TV quite small. Overall a very nice place with these minor exceptions.

We had a great time at Early Dawn. We checked in late but everything was where we were told it would be. We went by the office the next morning to sign our paperwork. The cabin is very well equipped, if you need something just ask the office, they have extra supplies. There are a lot of stairs! The pictures are very true to what you will find. The drive up is steep but doable. The only downside was the hot tub died after only one use, the maintenance man told us it was one of their older ones and they were expecting it to have issues soon. I wish they had fixed or replaced it earlier. The maintenance man did come quickly to check on it. We want to stay here again and we have never said that about any previous cabins.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and it was great. It's in a great location with easy parking right in front of the cabin. We cooked a big Thanksgiving feast here with ease. The only thing that could have used updating is the dishwasher.

Good location, clean, each level has a nice deck, plenty of amenities.
It was only two adults, stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our visit.
We gave a three star for general condition because one of the sofa seats was broke and you could not sit on the end of the sofa. The light over the stove did not work, a kitchen ceiling light was out, and three lamp lights were out. The bulbs just needed to be replaced. The biggest thing was lack of privacy in the front of the house. The entrance is all glass for all three floors so the chalets across the street can see you walking up and down to your bedrooms and living area, and when the people across the street are sitting on their balcony can see directly into the dinning area. Would be nice to have shades at least on front window and door for privacy when sitting at table dinning. It was a nice Chalet but we would not rent again because of lack of privacy in front of house. This may not bother some people.

This was our second visit to Early Dawn, in three years. The cabin is well laid out with bedrooms located on the top and bottom floor. Common living quarters and nicely equipped kitchen on the middle floor. The cabin is spacious, clean and well kept. Early Dawn is just minutes from Gatlinburg for any last minute items. We always find the staff at Laurel Mountain friendly and very helpful. This cabin is highly recommended for family and a couples retreat.

We enjoyed our stay at Early Dawn. It is located in a great spot - not too far up the mountain. Parking was easy. My only complaint would be that it does live up to it's name. You will be up at Early Dawn if you don't bring a sleep mask. The sun flows in at all angles very early. Other than that, the house is a great rental! We love staying with Mountain Laurel Chalets!

This was our first time staying at Early Dawn and we were very pleased. Everything was perfect. Plenty of room in this chalet. The upstairs bedroom was larger than most and very comfortable. If there was a negative it would be the view wasn't as good as most of the chalets we've stayed in but it would not keep us from renting this chalet again.

Nice clean chalet, could use a few non-decorative upgrades. The chalet is 3-story with split bedrooms which is nice. The 3rd floor is the master suite. Both bedroom mattresses are quite firm. Also, the washer and dryer is very small. Further, if you dislike climbing stairs, this chalet requires many trips up and down. As soon as you walk in front door, you have to ascend or descend stairs. Forgetting something or leaving something upstairs or downstairs seems to be a constant. Especially as you are gathering your towels, etc. However, the chalet is very clean, has a nice winter view and an excellent hot tub. Probably the best hot tub we have ever had while staying with Mt. Laurel. It holds its temperature well. Also, the chalet comes with an extremely nice stainless steel gas grill that cooks evenly. The main floor plan is nice and open and the screened porch in the master suite is an additional plus. Lastly, as seen in the photos, the jacuzzi tubs in both bedrooms are very comfortable. We did not use the jets but unlike most tubs that are uncomfortable after about 10 mins, you can stay in these for quite awhile. Again as always, Mt Laurel was great in taking care of their guest. I would recommend this chalet. I wish the mattresses were less firm and much more comfortable.

Lock your car- bear tried to get into car last night and left paw prints on doors but amazingly no damage! Also saw Mama bear and 2 cubs same evening walk right in front of house! I like that the property did not have a lot of knick backs sitting around for my kids to get into. It was well kept. The parking is a little tight and the view wasn't quite as good as we expected. But over all we had a fantastic time. We spend 7 nights here and it felt like home.

Beautiful property, great location! The pictures of this chalet are exactly what you will enjoy at Early Dawn. Spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive-we needed help with a few things upon arrival and Hap arrived within minutes to help us. Just a couple things to call attention to - for those who expressed concern about the steep hills getting to the property, I say, yes. Yes, you are in the mountains and the road is steep. I put my CRV into first gear and had no problems on the steepest portions. And, if you have knee or stair issues you may want to seek another property; for us it worked great having sleeping quarters separate from the living area. And, being super close to both downtown Gatlinburg and the National Park Visitor Center was a bonus. This is definitely a repeat visit! Thank you Mountain Laurel Chalets.

Early Dawn was all that we expected. We spent two weeks in Gatlinburg with family. The facilities were perfect for relaxation in the mountains. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for all. Our 2 year old grandson had plenty of room to run while remaining safe. He especially liked watching the birds and the bears from the elevated decks. Several bear families made nearly daily visits. Looking forward to our next visit to Early Dawn. Kudos to the staff of Mountain Laurel Chalets for their friendly professionalism.

We enjoyed our stay in Early Dawn. The cabin was well appointed, and the kitchen was especially well equipped, which was very nice. Everything was very clean. We loved having the grill set up outside!

If I had to make some suggestions for improvement though:
They recently cut down two pine trees across the street and as a result when you get in and out of the soaker tub in the upstairs bedroom, you and the cabin across the way (the third-floor balcony) will be getting 'intimately' acquainted. Perhaps some drapes or some type of screen that you could set in front of the tub would be most helpful for those of us who are modest.

It also might be time to fine-tune the trash detail. While the city did come by at some point to empty the cans, there were a fair amount of loose trash items in the bin that were not picked up.

I might also suggest that as part of turning the cabins all TVs be checked and reset to their original condition; a how to guide for the remote control system would be most appreciated too! However we've rented cabins from several companies throughout the US, and the TVs always seem to be a challenge with their remotes so perhaps this is a universal issue

As a returning guest we specifically targeted Gatlinburg and wanted to rent again from this cabin company after the horrible fires of last year. We had such a gracious welcome last time. I know the community has been through a very difficult time. so I don't want to judge; however, our welcome this time was... pleasant, professional, and... perfunctory. I missed the warm welcome we had last time, one that I especially would have expected as a returning client.

We stayed 3 nights and was so pleasantly happy. The chalet was beautiful inside and a bonus was a screened in balcony off the main bedroom. The chalet was immaculately clean and bright. I would definately stay there again. It was also fairly close to town. The only negative thing I could possibly say is the one road getting to the chalet was the steepest one I have driven on since I have been going to the smokies.

The sites and scenery and things to do in and around Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge were endless . I will definitely return as we were not able to cover many things that were still available to us. Early Dawn Chalet is great place to stay when visiting Gatlinburg. It is very close to town, but secluded enough to give you the mountain getaway experience. We had a great time at Early Dawn for our family vacation. The house was neat and clean and all amenities were in excellent working order. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings along with the pool table. It was very easy to get to and only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. We have stayed at a lot of chalets in gatlinburg but this chalet is the best by far. It's beautifully decorated, kitchen is well stocked. My favorite is the fireplace with the Michael Tolle picture above the mantel. I could live there! The staff was very friendly and helpful. 5 stars to all the questions below.

The location of the Chalet was perfect. Amazing mountain views from dust to dawn, with 3 different balconies to choose from. During our stay, we had warm days and chilly night, so we were able to use the fireplace, which was awesome. The Staff were very kind and welcoming. We would definitely stay at Early Dawn again and will be booking with this company again next year. We highly recommend this chalet to anyone looking for peace and serenity.

Couldn't have made a better choice! One of the best chalets I've stayed in! The size was magnificent, layout was perfect for two couples with room to spare. Secluded, yet distance from town was great and even going to Knoxville was no problem. Will definitely try to get this one again if open when needed!!!!! Even better, UT beat UF and it was my wife's birthday; so Cherokee Grill was a short drive as well!!!!! Thanks Mtn. Laurel!!!!

Beautiful cabin with updated features and all the amenities you could ever want or need. The cabin was clean and tidy and very comfortable and cozy. I loved all the natural light that filled the cabin.

Early Dawn was one of the nicest chalets that we've stayed in. The high lite was when we were sitting in the hot tub and watching a bear come up through the trees on his nightly rounds.

Loved our stay. View was spectacular and what a beautiful night sky full of stars we don't usually see in the city. Cabin was clean, well-stocked and not cluttered. Be prepared to walk up steps for entry and every time you want to go to a bedroom. Very hospitable management!

We had a great stay in this amazing chalet. It was easy to get to. The place was roomy, modern and clean. The boys loved the pool table. It was too warm to enjoy the hot tub. The view was nice even without being that far up the mountain. Seeing a bear just down the road made for added excitement this trip!

The cabin was well maintained, had comfortable beds, kitchen was well equipped and the view was great! It is easy to find and while there are neighbors, there is enough space between the cabins that all have privacy. Floor plan is perfect for two couples.

My family I had a wonderful trip to Gatlinburg. After a long day of travel arriving at this home was just what we were hoping for. The house was clean, comfortable, full of natural light and beautiful views. I loved the fact it was so close to the main National park entrance and downtown. The furnishings were clean and comfortable, the pool table and hot tub were great and the beds were also very comfortable. We would rent this unit again.

We spent our week long honeymoon there! While on first glance we were concerned that the cabin wasn't more secluded from other cabins, it never mattered. We were in our own world. The cabin was beautiful. 3 stories, a full home away from home but better! Set high in the mountain with beautiful views. We will most definitely be back one day! I miss it already. Exceeded expectations!!!

Early Dawn has beautiful views, especially from the upper floors. The night view of Downtown Gatlinburg is also very nice. It has 2 king-size beds, one each on the top and bottom floors. Both bedrooms also have large jacuzzi tubs. The room downstairs has blinds on the windows if you're not an early riser. Early risers will enjoy being woken by the dawn if they choose to sleep upstairs, taking full advantage of the large windows facing east. Privacy may be an issue as the cabin across the street is elevated above Early Dawn and can look down into the upstairs bedroom with its jacuzzi tub. The glass enclosed staircase also exposes the occupants to the street as you move from floor to floor - keep that in mind for your trips from the upper room to the hot tub on the bottom deck! However, we felt somewhat secluded on the screen-in top deck with its wonderful views. Also note that this cabin has a lot of steps - the entryway is located between the bottom and middle floors. While we thoroughly enjoyed our week at this cabin, we would not stay here again due to privacy issues and the number of steps in this cabin.

Our vacation at Early Dawn was as expected. The home was clean and well maintained. The only thing that we thought was a little dirty was the grill. The first night we stayed there, we were tired from driving from Pensacola Florida that we wanted to just stay home and cook. We opened the grill to grill some steaks and noticed it was REALLY filthy. Everything else was GREAT.

Early Dawn was just perfect for our couples getaway! We were not too thrilled with the Myrtle-beach like tourist strip, nor the horrendous traffic. But luckily, our cabin was perfect for dinner at home (on the propane grill), and our long daily hikes. The home has everything you need, and management was attentive and helpful. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Gatlinburg! The bed downstairs, however.. could use a little love. very squeaky. :)

The cabin was lovely and well-appointed. Just a couple of caveats: the parking is tricky. Don't bring your Hummer or you'll never manage it. Also, it was a bit like living in a fishbowl. Every trip up or downstairs was on full view. The owners really should invest in some shades or curtains, at least for that highly exposed stairwell. Otherwise it was wonderful. Three decks, a game room, two jacuzzis... it was definitely one of the nicest Gatlinburg stays we've ever had.

We took our granddaughters to Gatlinburg the last week of July. This cabin offered 3 floors with bedrooms on the 1st and 3rd floor with kitchen living room combo in between. I really liked that. The place was very clean and nice. Pool table and Hot tub. Girls liked that. Parking was a little tight but otherwise private but close at the same time. 3rd time with Mountain Laurel Chalets. Good company to work with. We of course will be back.

Stay was wonderful at Early Dawn ! Location was great.....easy to get back and forth from town, not too far up the mountain and close to park entrance. Property was clean and well maintained. Had a partial view of mountains, as trees blocked some of the views. Check in/check out very easy. Would definitely recommend.

Hadn't been to Gatlinburg in 8 years, but had always stayed at this property in prior visits. Nothing has changed at this property, it still holds the sophistication and charm it always did. This property is perfect for two couples who like to have their privacy. Love the fact it's so close to the park entrance!

Great vacation experience. Wanted more solitude than the town hotels offered and found Mountain Laurel Chalets to be the perfect alternative. Close to the park without the crowds. I highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed in this place from may 27th to the 31 st. It was so perfect clean it felt like home when we walked through the door and it was pretty close to the downtown,at night we could see downtown lights. The staff st mountain laurel are always so wonderful they really care about your experience with them. I always use this company

We had a good stay in Early Dawn chalet and were married on the deck with a beautiful mountain view between the trees. My only recommendations would be a new cover for the hottub and more water pressure in the shower. But definitely a special place to stay.

The cabin is a great place to stay be or two couples. There are bedrooms in the first and third floor with living room and kitchen separating them on the second level. Each bedroom has a whirlpool bath and shower. It is located close to the strip. The hot tub only had two jets working but I was told it would be repaired. Before booking this cabin, I was verify that it was working.

the cabin was very clean and fully furnished. The layout is great for two couples who want privacy but still would like a place to spend time together. It was nice to be so close to Gatlinburg although the location was a bit noisy at times. The cabin is very close to the road. We enjoyed our stay.

this is by far the best chalet we have stayed in. the updates are obvious in this chalet. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable. there is nothing you need to bring except your personal items. When we arrived we were very ready for a vacation and was very relaxed when we left. Even though it is only a 2 bedroom there is plenty of space and privacy. The pool table was a nice touch and something relaxing to do on the couple of rainy nights we had.

loved loved Early Dawn...very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable, inc sofa. TV s worked well. Cooked in kitchen - has all basics for cooking and wine glasses:). Views from place were gorgeous and balconies were private. Wish I had longer to stay!

Early Dawn was exactly as described. It is a lovely home with an incredible view of the mountains and even a view of the Ober tram passing by. We would definitely stay here again. Loved how close to town it is yet still high on the mountain for a great view.
