This is my third stay at a Mountain Laurel Chalets' property over the years and I can't recommend them enough. Their staff is top-notch, and you can tell they really care about what they do... a lot of places could learn a thing or two about the hospitality industry from MLC. Particularly this time, I stayed at their property called "Camp", which is a newer build. The house was gorgeous, incredibly comfortable, and had amazing views. My photos all were taken at the property... these are the views you get with Camp! Check-in/out was seamless. Again, the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and you could tell they put a lot of love into their craft in the way they take care of renters, home-owners, and just Gatlinburg in general. If you take 2 minutes to lookover the website, you'll definitely find a property that can fit your needs and your budget.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Mountain Laurel Chalets. The cabin was very nice and cozy. The views of the mountains made relaxing on the deck the best part of our stay. We did encounter bears but followed all the rules about food so they just kept walking past our cabin. It isn't the Smokies without seeing bears, right? If you are looking for a really nice place to stay, I highly recommend Mountain Laurel Chalets. The staff were very welcoming. This place came highly recommended to us and I can see why. I plan to return!!!

My husband and I had such an amazing time kicking off our honeymoon in this beautiful cabin. It’s so nice to be able to get away from all the loudness of pigeon forge and gatlinburg. Not to mention the views!!!!! We were lucky enough to have some bears pass through right outside the cabin! It was all around an amazing getaway. Everything was as I expected, the cabin was lovely, so clean and bed linen and towels were of such good quality. Kitchen was fully stocked, but sadly, we messed up, as drove from Nashville, bought food to bbq, but didn’t bring essentials, like salt and pepper! So note to future guests, bring everything! Otherwise, fantastic lodge, views were amazing, even saw a black bear! Just can’t fault the accommodation or service from the hosts. (Didn’t use hottub, but sure it would of been fantastic if we’d of found the time to use it) Totally recommend!

Camp was meeting our expectations. Booked both cabins for us and extended family. Amazing views, amenities and close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We was able to view Fireworks show on July 4th from our decks in Gatlinburg. If there is anything to leave as a negative it would be the dark stairwell since lighting was burnt out but that’s not something that drove us to give anything less than 5 stars. We will book again next year!

The views are amazing from every inch of the house. The wildlife didn't disappoint either visited several days from black bears to even seeing a fox. Office staff was so kind and helpful even when I locked us out on day 2 lol after hours. She had us in right on the phone/ computer within 3 minutes. The house was on spot right with the pictures. If I had to even mention a negative it would be the bed to firm for our for our liking. However every person is different. Well stocked to get you started even had a crock pot which we utilized.

The view from Camp was better than I could have imagined. The cabin itself was clean, cozy and just right for our family of four. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed coffee by the fire every morning. Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I leased Camp. No complaints. We loved it. Beautiful, unobstructed view of the mountains, easy access and parking right at the front door. We have leased from Mountain Laurel for 5 years, all different seasons, each of the years. Wouldn't ever think of leasing from anyone else. They are the best! I've been vacationing with Mountain Laurel Chalet since the 90's. There are two reasons for that, I love the homes that they manage and there are a great company to work with! This was my first time staying in the "Camp". It is a lovely two-bedroom chalet! And I believe this was the easiest chalet to get to in all the years I've been staying with Mountain Laurel. I've already planned to rebook this property next year.

My husband and I have been renting cabins every October in Gatlinburg for over 30 years (mostly from 1 MLC competitor). This is our 1st rental from MLC but it won't be our last. Kelly, Pam, & Scott are the absolute best & an asset to MLC. Anything we asked for prior to & after arrival they delivered. They are kind, caring, people & the nicest office staff we have ever dealt with, hands down. Hats off to the office staff at MLC. We are extremely seasoned Gatlinburg cabin renters & very picky. Camp was a very nice cabin with awesome views. This was the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in. We applaud the pride you take in a true customer service experience & for taking the time & effort to make our stay the absolute best. We will be back & MLC is our new cabin rental company. Camp was awesome! The cabin was decorated so beautiful and both decks had very nice chairs a swing a great grill and the hot tub was very relaxing. We have stayed in many Mountain Laurel properties but the view at Camp was our favorite. It was amazing!

We visit Gatlinburg 2-3 times a year. This cabin is amazing. Bears everywhere and the views are top notch. My only suggestion would be a cheap full length mirror. Amenities in kitchen are the best. The morning we were trying to load up two bears showed up. They are quiet and sneaky. My husband shut the back door of car and turned around and there one was. Scary but he walked backwards to the porch and safety. We will absolutely be back!

So glad I came to Mountain Laurel Chalets when searching for a fall getaway rental! Camp was everything as described. We loved the gorgeous mountain views, sunrises, and sunsets, as well as several close-up sightings of a black bear that came around our cabin about the same time 4 of our 6 nights there. So fun! The cabin was cozy and beautiful, and having Alexa on the kitchen counter was handy to give any info we needed from local attractions, weather, checking out procedures, what to do with our trash, maintenance request, etc. Since we like to eat a lot of meals in our cabin (easier with food allergies), it would have helped to have had more space to put away all the snacks and food items we brought. As others have said, it would have also been nice to have had a few more amenities in the kitchen. I, specifically, wished there had been a stovetop tea kettle or electric water kettle for making tea. Another nice addition to the main level deck would be a hammock, swing bed, or outdoor sofa for lounging. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

The Camp was absolutely amazing!! The views outstanding. The inside of the cabin is beautiful!! We loved every second we were there. The only suggestions I have are to maybe have a few more amenities in the kitchen, ex salt and pepper, more trash bags, griddle. But we made do and absolutely loved our stay!! We will be back!!!!

The 'camp' is a very nice unit and meets all the needs. The only comment is to give first class service the rental office should make contact with the folks staying there after arriving at the property. Ask if all is ok and if the guests have any questions, don’t wait for the guest to call the office—be the one to make the call.

We absolutely loved our stay at Camp! The cabin is so beautiful with spectacular panoramic views of the mountains. We had great weather during our stay, and nothing beats al fresco dining on the porch. I think we spent more time there taking in the fresh mountain air than any other room. The space is well maintained and very clean. The arcade brought back some pretty fun childhood memories! Overall, it was wonderful. We'll definitely be back at Camp next year!

We absolutely fell in love with Camp! The view was out-of-this-world gorgeous! The chalet was beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and sturdy. The furniture was very substantial and comfortable as well. The kitchen was very well-stocked. We had everything we needed with the exception of a pizza pan. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked very clean and good size for four adults to relax comfortably. We highly recommend Camp. We want to come back in October as the view must be breath-taking! We did see a large bear walking just below us at the Trillium Lodge so that was very exciting! Thanks for sharing this beautiful home with us! We’ll certainly return as soon as we can!

Overall we had a great stay. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and had an amazing view. The only complaint we had was that the cabin had a foul smell. We thought it was the disposal but finally realized the guest before us had thrown up on the couch and it was in between the cushions. The couch needed to be cleaned and disinfected. This cabin is so close to town but still has the most amazing views. We have been staying in cabins in Gatlinburg for 10 years and this is my favorite. It is the perfect set up for two couples. The two minor drawbacks are that the windows and doors at the entry way have no coverings and we were only left one towel per person.

Mary, we agree that Camp is in a fantastic location to enjoy everything the town has to offer during the day, and only being a short drive from a relaxing evening in the chalet. With 2 bedrooms this is the perfect cabin for a couples retreat or a family vacation in the mountains. We are sorry for the inconvenience about the towels, but Mountain Laurel always provides extra essentials of anything we provide at the office. We loved our stay at Camp! It was clean and beautifully decorated with such attention to detail, modern but still had a very cabin feel. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The porch swing overlooking that amazing view was such a happy place, I could have spent my entire visit there. Will definitely rent again on our next visit!!!

This Cabin was amazing, it was our first time staying with MTN Laurel Chalets and we will be going through them again, check in/out was to easy, the location was perfect, gorgeous views, steep parking, if arriving when snowing have 4x4 or park at top of drive, cabin was beautiful, country warm feel, the hot tub was awesome, the fireplace was a fantastic add while sippin something looking over Gatlinburg, approx 7 mins from town. We will be staying again!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in January and had a wonderful time. The cabin is new and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the hot tub! The view was spectacular and we are already looking when to book the same cabin again!

What an awesome cabin, gorgeous ambiance well done to the decorating team. With that said be very careful when the decks are
Wet because it is like a ice skating rink. Still in a knee brace
from 3 weeks ago. Needless to say vacation was over after the epic slip and fall. We would come back I just would wear shoes on the deck at all
times.

The Minute I walked into the chalet and the Christmas tree was lit, I knew it was going to be an amazing Christmas, the view was fantastic, the coziness of the home made it absolutely perfect for Christmas dinner and gifts by the tree.... The convenience to downtown was great for exploring the shops and trails, loved eating at Local restaurants and taking in some mountain time.

We're regular visitors to Gatlinburg for about 15 years. We think we've found our new favorite chalet! Camp is perfect for us and has a second king bedroom with it's full bath so another couple can come share the fun (and cost)! Already booked our next week stay as we love it so much. ❤

The location was great as well; close to town, but definitely still in the mountains. The driveway easy to navigate and paved. We even saw a family of bears (mama and two cubs). Be sure to lock you car! They tried to open the doors!

There were a couple of new build items that needed to be addressed, and the hot tub needed a step to get in. Grab bars in the showers were also needed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this cabin!

Very clean cozy cabin that suited our needs and beyond! Would stay here again, considering thus us a new cabin. Can’t say enough of the views! Staff was super helpful when we couldn’t figure out the tv. We’ve stayed at many my laurel chalets over the past 30 years and this CAMP ranks at the top 3.

My wife and I stayed at Camp for a getaway weekend and it was dreamy! The house is brand new and absolutely beautiful. I loved the darker stain throughout the cabin and the views are to die for. Definitely coming back!
