GATLINBURG CRAFTSMEN'S FAIR
October 5–22, 2023, 10:00am–5:00pm daily
The Gatlinburg Craftsmen's Fair brings together artisans and craftsmen from across the nation. With 200 booths showcasing one-of-a-kind handmade products, each participant undergoes a thorough jury process to ensure the uniqueness and quality of their offerings. You'll find exceptional pottery, crafted leather, copper art, local sweets, and a wide array of other unique items, all handmade to the highest standards of quality and originality. SMOKY MOUNTAIN SUNRISE
Friday mornings in October, starting @ 6:00am
Starting from October 6th, sunrise event ticket holders can board the SkyLift before dawn to witness a stunning sunrise over the Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg. Along with this breathtaking view, they'll enjoy live music, complimentary donuts, a souvenir mug, and a free cup of coffee. These exclusive Smoky Mountain Sunrise tickets are limited and available for Fridays in October (must be purchased in advance). Your ticket is valid for the entire day, allowing you to come and go from the SkyPark as you please during operating hours.
RIPLEY'S FRIGHT NIGHTS SHOW
Fridays–Sundays in October + Halloween (times vary)
In October, Ripley's Haunted Adventure presents its annual Fright Nights show every weekend, including Halloween night. The attraction will be enhanced with extra terrifying characters and startling effects. The theme for the 25th Annual Fright Nights is "G&S BED DEAD & BREAKFAST: The place where everyone is dying to stay!" You can experience it every Friday and Saturday from 4 pm to closing, Sundays from 1 pm to 9 pm, and on Halloween night from 4 pm to closing.
CHALKFEST AT THE ISLAND
October 8, 8:00am–6:00pm
The Island (Pigeon Forge)
Artists turn pavements into vibrant canvases, depicting iconic characters, movie scenes, and musicians. From fantasy realms to rock 'n' roll, Chalkfest invites visionaries to create captivating entertainment-themed masterpieces and art lovers to come enjoy the resulting creations. WEARS VALLEY FALL FEST

Get ready for three days of family fun spanning 16 acres, featuring 240 crafters, interactive activities, entertainment, children's events, and a diverse selection of food at the 10th Annual Wears Valley Fall Festival, organized by Keep Sevier Beautiful. This year's event offers a wide range of activities, making it the perfect opportunity for families to create lasting memories and savor the breathtaking beauty of the fall season in the Smokies.
GATLINBURG SKYPARK FALL FEST
October 27–28, 3:00pm–6:00pm
Enjoy a range of exciting fall activities and games at the mountaintop. The event will feature kid-friendly attractions like face painting and balloon artists, as well as SkyPark Prize Pack Giveaways, live music, and games for all attendees on the SkyDeck. Don't forget to wear your favorite Halloween costume for a chance to be showcased on their social media during the Fall Fest activities. All SkyPark Fall Fest activities are included in the regular ticket price.
