Smokey Mountain New Years

The staff was very helpful and nice. The cabin is an older cabin that could use a few updates, but is a very cozy place to stay. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider this as a place to stay on future visits.

Simply Perfect

We cannot wait to return. Pinetop had everything we needed. It is a simple chalet that is warm and inviting. Just perfect for my husband and I who just wanted to relax. I would only suggest more comfortable seating in the living room and an updated safer shower.

October stay at Pinetop in the Smokeys

The chalet had a wonderful view and was very nice. My wife and I found the walkway from the driveway to the chalet pretty neat, but it was a little creepy at night. (it was like an early Halloween)

wonderful time plan to be back

Romantic and private

Close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg but also secluded and quiet. Beautiful views. Staff is wonderful.

Manager Response:
We are so glad that you chose to stay at one of our Chalets! Our goal is to treat all of our guests "Like Family". Come back and visit with us again soon!

Million dollar view

Was a very good experience. Cabin was older but clean. We had a Million dollar view of the mountains. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone. Would recommend a good gps -our phones didn't have good service in mountains. We couldn't find the office when we arrived when my wife called for directions they told us several times that we should have read our paperwork before offering help. ( was a little frustrating to hear after being in the car for 10 hours but probably should have read the paperwork haha ). They stayed on the phone with us until we found them so I really can't complain.
