THE Chalet is very nice, 2nd visit to this one. Stove needs replacing bad. But it is in a very good location and well equipped. Have recommended to several friends.

Weekend Fun

My family of four and I came to Little Bear for the weekend. It was everything we needed for a nice relaxing weekend together. My oldest son enjoyed building a fire with me in the rustic fireplace. We all enjoyed the convenience to the Parkway which made it a quick trip to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

2017 Little Bear Stay.

WE WERE OK WITH THE REBUILT AND FRESHLY REFINISHED CABIN ITSELF BUT GREATLY SADDENED BY THE AMOUNT OF DEVASTATION ON THE MOUNTAIN AND THAT WE WERE PRETTY MUCH ALONE IN OUR CABIN AND FELT A LITTLE UNSAFE. POOR WEATHER DIDN'T HELP MUCH EITHER! BEEN TO THIS CABIN A FEW TIMES IN THE PAST.

Wonderful

The two of us spent a lovely long weekend at Little Bear and we could not have been more pleased. The location was quiet and secluded with a beautiful view, and the property was well maintained, clean and very accommodating for our needs. Far enough from the main drag to have privacy but not far enough to be too distant. Every member of the staff that we spoke with was extremely friendly and genial as well.

Little Bear!

This was our 2nd time at Little Bear and what a view! Everything you need in a perfect little cabin that's so spacious! A decade later and we still love Mountain Laurel Chalet and its sweet employees!

Great cabin

This is a nice little cabin for a couple or small family. It is located at the top of the mountain above where the Gatlinburg welcome center is. It is one of the few cabins that escaped the fire on the Wiley-Oakley side.

Cabin was very clean with a great fireplace. Furniture was new and comfortable. The kitchen was older but the appliances worked very well.
