Ownership with Mountain Laurel Chalets is a family experience. We treat our guests and owners as part of the family, and we have a 41 year history of great relationships.

Your home is our priority and our full time staff of 20 is committed to making your home the best vacation experience for our guests. This involves partnering with you to ensure that your home is well maintained, cleaned, presented and marketed to attain its maximum return on investment.

The chalets on our program are all located in the Ski Mountain/Chalet Village area of Gatlinburg and our central office location allows for easy access not only for our guests, but also for our cleaners, inspectors and maintenance crews who service your home. Unlike other companies whose chalets are scattered throughout Sevier County, our office and chalets are all located on the West End of Downtown Gatlinburg and up Ski Mountain Road. Our prominent office campus is located at the base of Ski Mountain Road and is a familiar and visible landmark, welcoming all guests vacationing in The Chalet Village area as well as all visitors headed up to OberGatlinburg.
